Fantastic experience. I am super nervous about the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. Doria, my hygienist, took great care of me. Dr. Greaves was great too. Everyone worked hard to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Left relieved and feeling like it wasn’t a tenth as bad as I thought it would be. Highly recommend!!

As usual this was a quick, pleasant, and efficient visit for my semi-annual check up and cleaning. The early morning sunlight and shadows in quite possibly the prettiest and poshest dental waiting room in town is always welcoming, and Kelly my hygienist for years now confirmed all but a preexisting problem in my mouth is going well. They do a good job of making their offices comfortable, welcoming, and the staff is always personable and cheerful.

Excellent service, staff are friendly and helpful and dentists are incredibly knowledgeable.

As a healthcare provider, I can tell who’s good and who’s not. These guys are great. Fantastic providers here that are trustworthy and professional. Super friendly staff. Drs Martinez and Greaves are awesome.

I am normally very anxious about going to the dentist. My hygienist Jamie was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable. This is the first time in years that I actually had a great experience! The front desk staff was very welcoming as well.

I switched to Uptown Dental Associates about 4 years ago, and I am super pleased with the care and professionalism by all the staff. Jamie my preferred dental hygienist is exceptionally awesome, my family and I love her attention to detail and genuine care she has for us. She doesn't make us feel like a number, or patient, she is genuinely interested not only in our dental hygiene but our overall happiness in life and health. Thank you Jaime and Dr Sheppard for the red carpet treatment we always experience.

The building is beautiful and the people were kind. I have not had any work done yet but Dr. Greaves was friendly and knowledgeable when I came in with tooth pain. I also brought my 16 year old here before because he has sensory issues. The staff were so patient and my son had a great experience. It feels like a place that will help you with anything you need done but not try to convince you to do unnecessary work.

I found Uptown Dental Associates a year ago, thanks to a recommendation from a coworker. In my three visits over the last year, I have been nothing short of completely satisfied and impressed with the service I have received. The staff is friendly, the office is great about sticking close to your scheduled appointment time, and the hygienists are very thorough but mindful of your comfort. I haven't had anything other than a cleaning and a fitting for a night guard, so I can't say much about the dentists themselves, but Dr. Greaves seems wonderful from the brief interactions I've had. Great office that I would recommend to anyone!

Victoria was extremely kind, friendly and did a professional job on my cleaning yesterday. I enjoyed the appointment wit her.

However…I would have appreciated a notification that Lisa was no longer my hygienist.

Jamie is the hygienist for my husband and 2 adult children. I feel the professional question would have been to be asked if I would like to be changed to be seen by Jamie for my future cleanings or if I’m comfortable with the new hygienist you hired that replaced Lisa.
