I was looking for treatment of gum recession and Uptown dental stood out as one of the few practices offering pinhole surgery. When Dr. Shepherd saw me, he recommended doing invisalign first instead, citing that it was my bite issue causing recession and may also cause relapse after pinhole. The staff are very professional in a good way, they worked with me to transfer my invisalign case to an orthodontist and it was mostly hassle free.
This made me choose Uptown for my premolar extraction recommended by my orthodontist Dr. Robert Hann (another superb doctor). Dr. Jacob Greaves and his assistant Sofia did a great job with the extraction, with almost nonexistent pain even without antibiotics and prescription painkillers (I only took some tylenol...). This is day 2 of extraction and I already feel like I can run, although I probably won't.
Finally, their hygienists are some of the best in town, very gentle but effective. The front desk (Kelly, Jasmine, Laura...) were all patient to field my numerous questions and requests. I highly recommend Uptown, they will go extra mile to attend your dental needs and provide appropriate specialist referrals as well if needed.

What a beautiful, calming and welcoming dental practice from the beautiful office to the staff. Everyone made my anxiety. Levels( which are very high at dental offices) so much lower by their kindness. Definitely would recommend
