The office is very clean, cozy, and beautiful. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. My dental hygienist was very friendly, talked me through everything she was doing, and seemed to be very focused on patient care. Dr. Sheppard was also very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and seems trustworthy. I have had experience at other dental facilities in Albuquerque and this by far was the best. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for dental care.

I took my kids to the clinic here for the first time today. We had been struggling with the pediatric dentistry the kids have gone to the last several years. My son in particular had a hard time there. But here, the hygienists weren’t in a rush and they talked to the kids like people instead of like babies. Everyone was friendly and they were very accommodating to my large crowd. Definitely recommend!

Dr Shepherd and his staff are absolutely wonderful in all respects. They are highly professional, but incredibly caring and thoughtful. My family and I have had a consistently high standard of dental care from them for than 20 years, ranging from regular cleanings to crowns and orthodontic work. I always appreciate the careful explanations of any treatments I have had and why they are needed. However, I have never felt any pressure to have specific work done - it is always a recommendation that is up to me to decide to go ahead with the work or not. The practice is also just a very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing place to go to have dental work done. Highly recommended if you want high quality dental work done by an amazing group of dedicated people.
