The hygienist and dentist were amazing as always. Every time I visit New Mexico I make sure to schedule an appointment here because it’s several times better then anything I can find in Utah.

Just had my first visit at Uptown Dental and I was extremely impressed! The building is beautiful and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful! My teeth feel great and I was given some great tops to improve my oral hygiene. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable! Already scheduled my follow-up visit because I knew I wanted to come back here!

Not only a beautiful office .. but everyone from the front desk gals, techs, dentists, cashier...are very pleasant, down-to-earth & thoughtful. Always comfortable, no waiting, positive experience.

This place is great! Lisa and Dr. Shepard were so wonderful, i felt comfortable and well taken care of during all my visits and the office staff is great as well! They’ve surely made a patient for life out of me! Would definitely recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for a new dentist. Not to mention, the grounds and building are absolutely beautiful!

First, the environment is beautiful! It’s like a Spanish hacienda, very elegant and yet welcoming and very clean. It does not have that dental office vibe.
Next, the staff are always respectful, friendly, and they are very compassionate and understand people who have experienced dental trauma in the past. They know each client by face and name, and offer personalized treatment.
They are one of few practices that offer both IV sedation and routine dental care. Usually, oral surgeons will do IV sedation, but not cleanings, exams, fillings, etc. general dentists usually don’t offer IV sedation. This practice is truly full service.
Dr. Greaves is an expert with IV needle insertion on challenging veins, not even leaving a bruise. He lets me know what he is doing and is extremely easy to communicate with. The hygienist is very gentle and has a fun personality. Again, they remember me and much about my preferences and personal life that I’ve shared, which makes it feel like they truly care about me.
The office is very responsive and respectful. They try to maximize my insurance benefits and work with me on spacing out procedures so I can absorb my part of the cost. They accept Care Credit.
I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, but especially to those who have experienced dental trauma in their lives.

I have been a patient for over 8 years with this office, and have always had a good experience at Uptown Dental Associates. The doctors are professional and caring, and they do a great job of keeping patients comfortable. I can't say enough about the hygienists, they are fantastic!! I am very grateful for the way they take care of me, and the quality of the service they provide. This is truly an exceptional office, and it is refreshing to be treated with such high customer service here in town. I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking an amazing dental office!

I was very happy with my appointments at Uptown Dental Associates for both a dental cleaning and a crown for a broken tooth. Every member of their staff is friendly and professional. Their office is gorgeous and clean. They have high tech equipment for the same cost as my last dentist. I am so grateful I found a new dentist I can trust and that I enjoy seeing. Dr. Greaves is wonderful and so are the staff. I highly recommend!

Dr. Shepherd is excellent. Doria Wood is the best blend of professional and practical/personable.
The whole team is truly friendly and professional. They do a great job of explaining what they want to do and making sure I’m comfortable. That’s the high standard I’ve become used to over years of experience.

Then I had an unexpected concern and the team went out of there way to take care of me quickly. From Jessica and the team at the front desk, to Casey who took an X-ray, everyone was super, even though I know it was outside of normal scheduled work. Dr. Greaves (who I was meeting for the first time) and Doria were a well oiled machine and had me feeling better and confident of the outcome. I can’t thank all of the Uptown Dental Group enough.

Everyone here is so friendly and it's extremely clean. They set an amazing dental plan for me and I can't believe how much my smile has transformed. Dr. Grieves has made going to the dentist so easy, I used to be so afraid to get work done. I am grateful I found uptown dental.

I have had the same hygienist at Uptown Dental for 14 years. She is awesome! Dr. Shepherd is great, too. I have been seeing him for about 10 years. The office has a friendly, sunny ambience. All the staff are friendly and seem happy. My teeth are happy, too. I used to have severe gum disease, but that is under control now, thanks to the care and guidance I have received at Uptown Dental.
