First visit. They took over my retired dentist patients. I was very impressed and happy. Staff were all amazing and friendly. Procedure was seamless and comfortable. Nice clean spacious environment. View was soothing and relaxing. They seemed to have top of the line technology.
I was also impressed with their covid 19 protocols. I felt safe and at ease. Thank You. I am looking forward to a long relationship.

Easily the most beautiful and unique dentist's office I've ever seen. I came in on a rainy day where they had the fire going. Couldn't be more welcoming. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Super excited to have them as my new dentist!

Dr. Shepard and his staff are super professional and provide a safe environment for patients. I needed some cosmetic work done and have always had a fear of dentists and the work. I participated in gentle sedation and it was wonderful. I had extractions, fillings and crowns done and all healed very well. I received my permanent crowns today and I am so impressed with the matching and how natural they look! These are my two front teeth and they are beautiful! I would highly recommend Dr. Shepard and his staff, they are very informative, kind and provide quality work!

Hi James McNeil is the user name of this account however My Name (His Wife) Is Margaret Collins, and yes I was there yesterday, and Yes I was shocked at the cost of the service. I informed all the people that I did not have insurance to cover the services, and the insurance I did have was for a cut-rate dental service I would never go to in a million years. I returned to the practice because I thought it was reasonable for the service I received last year. I was there almost one year later and they doubled the price of the services. I don't get X-rays or do anything other than get a normal routine 6 month cleaning. Last year it was 120.00 this year 247.00 I won't be back The hygenisist was wonderful.

Best check up ever! Appointments are always on time. Staff is friendly and help. I always get the best care.

Most recent visit was a breeze. Staff is conscious of health concerns during Covid. All precautions are taken to keep us safe. I am in that high risk group and I felt completely confident to be there.

Uptown Dental is always so friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in the same day I called. I also appreciate the knowledge all of the staff. They were able to solve an issue another dentist and endontist couldn't figure out.
