Facility was gorgeous. Reception exceeded my expectations. Staff were incredibly cheerful and pleasant to interact with. Clearly a very well run office and team. Dental hygienist explained every step in the cleaning process and what to expect. I trusted her completely. Very thorough. First time patient who historically avoids the Dentist due to Anxiety. Friendly staff. Dr. Romeo pulled out a tooth of mine that I broke. He was very professional and courteous. The thought of having your tooth pulled out is not on anyone's top 10 list. However, Dr. Romeo made the experience as comfortable as possible.
Lisa cleaned my teeth as well on this visit and it was the most thorough cleaning I've had. She was very friendly and worked with me to set up a plan to get my mouth back to good health.
All in all, the 5 stars is because for the first time visiting a new Dentist establishment, I'm optimistic that I will commit to their services to help me.

Great customer service. It was my first visit and Jamie was very nice, she explained the whole process before she started and was very professional. Dr Shepherd went over my needs and at the end they explained what the insurance coverage was going to be.
First time going to them and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the Dentist. Would definitely recommend.

The experience this morning was very good. I came for x-rays and a teeth cleaning, both of which happened as expected. The hygienist is excellent and did a superb job. Also, one of my front teeth was chipped and they were able to repair it at the same appointment. The dentist did a great job.
