I have only been to 3 different dental offices, but this one is by far the best. I have never had a bad experience here. All of the employees including the doctors, the hygienists, and the people at the front desk are all very friendly and kind. The doctors and hygienists are very informative with your dental care. They motivate you to take care of your teeth and provide you with the tools to do it. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and strongly recommend this place for all dental they offer.

I've tried several dental offices throughout town, and this is the best dental office you'll find. The staff are exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Shepard is the best in the business. I had a bad experience at the UNM dental office, and Dr. Shepard not only solved my problem, but he took the time to explain what might've happened and the approach he took to resolve my issue. Uptown Dental Associates will not only take great care of your teeth, but they'll make the experience wonderful through being personable and quality customer service.
And lastly, the facility is gorgeous. While ambience isn't my highest priority when visiting a dental office, it does help to improve the experience.
