From scheduling, to intake registration, to exam, treatment plan and billing; absolute professionals who are courteous and compassionate. I’m happy to have Dr Cowden and his staff as my Dentistry provider and couldn’t ask for better service. They maintained a rigid protocol for the health and safety of both patients and staff, which again personifies professionalism! I haven’t a single complaint!

Dr. Cowden and his staff are amazing. Not only is he a great dentist, but he and his staff treat you with compassion. My son and I personally have been patients of Dr. Cowden for several years. Recently, my elderly father who does not have dental insurance needed extensive dental work. Dr. Cowden took the time to go over our options, he was very patient in waiting for our decision and even returned our phone calls to clarify information. Knowing it was a very big decision for our family, Dr. Cowden NEVER pressured us to make our decision quickly. We are halfway through with my father's treatment plan and know we couldn't have made a better decision. He always makes my father feel comfortable, so much that I'm thinking my father looks forward to his appointments now. His staff are friendly and personable as well, and are always very accommodating with regard to scheduling. This is a Dentist and staff who truly care for their patients. I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Cowden, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I'm not comfortable with going to the Dentist I've been in Rio Rancho for 9 years and it took me years and going to several different Dentists till I finally found Cowden, and I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it. Him and his staff are super nice and supportive. They make me feel very comfortable when I'm there, knowing my apprehension, and I feel only a miniscule amount of discomfort when getting my teeth worked on, even the fillings he did. This is the first Dentist I've ever kept up with my 6month appointments. You won't be disappointed going or taking your loved ones. Cheryl is especially good with the gentle cleanings
