Northlake Charlotte Dentistry

I normally dont write reviews. But after experiencing some of the best experiences i ever had in a dentist office, multiple times now, i think its only fair and the least i can do to show my extreme gratitude. The customer service has been outstanding here at this dentist office. I stopped going to dentists years ago do to the pain that i always was experiencing in dentist chairs all time. This is no excuse NOT to go to the dentist. I just couldnt deal with enduring the pain all the time even to just get a deep cleaning. The hygienist here (Angie, hope i got it right) is the 1st hygienist that ive come across that took the time to ensure that i WASNT in pain throughout my deep cleaning. She even took my blood pressure before beginning the procedure which ive NEVER had this done in a dentist office period. The receptionists at the front desk are always welcoming when i come in for my appointments and are kind and sociable with me, making it easy to want to come back here. The dentist that did my root canal on an earlier visit was outstanding as well. ZERO PAIN. Im grateful to have found a dental practice that is pain free, does great work and has great customer service.

Ok experience. Kind of felt like they were all about getting as many dental claims as possible and not what’s best for the patient. Hygienist flossed my teeth very aggressively. Staff was nice though and facilities are clean.

Very clean office. Staff are very friendly. They took care of my needs all 3 times that I've been. You tell them what's wrong and they look into it right away. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent Place! really affordable price specially without insurance! really professional, really clean and fresh inside! didnt have no problem with nobody inside! they sound like your best friend haha! Plus they are always trying to give discounts! A++++ recomend for anyone! thanks

Great Dentist and an even kinder staff! The hygienist was friendly and walked me through each step and how to care for your teeth. Glad to find them!

I have always had great service and work done here. Great customer service and everyone is very polite and nice to work with. Overall I would definitely recommend this dentistry.

My kids started going here and I just love the way that my kids enjoyed going to the dentist. So not too long after that I started going and they're very professional, polite, and make sure you are in good hands hand.

Everyone there is so friendly. The dentist usually makes me nervous but not here. The experience was comfortable. The front desk clerk is very friendly.
