The staff is very helpful and friendly..My son had his first appt and was 1hr early and less than 15 mins he was seen...During first appts most dental offices only provide consultation and then you schedule for treatments on the next appt..They provided a cleaning and treatment as well on the same day....They really accommodated me b/c its difficult for me to take off from work....Northlake Charlotte Dentistry You all Rock!!!
