Every time I’ve went to my appointments the staff are so friendly. I can honestly say they go above and beyond for their patients. Denise is one of the receptionist and she is such a wonderful person to talk to.

N C D actually verified & accepted my insurance. The Waiting area is Neat and Clean, The Coordinators are friendly and the Staff is very Warm and Knowledgeable of their crafts.

Different rooms for different procedures...which is Great.

Excellent! I don't usually write google reviews, but my experiences with this office have been fantastic. I have since moved to another state and still make it a point to go back to this office to have my teeth cleaned. Very friendly staff, couldn't be more satisfied.

Very nice Receptionist but the hygienist with the moles all on her face is very rude. The other hygienist was much nicer and my fill in was done very bad, i asked them to fix it but they said they could not and my mouth is worst now then when i went originally. But i really love the receptionist they are the best.

This place was horrible!! It was my first and last experience. First off, I was basically rushed. You can tell the young lady was just scripting whatever she had to say and rushing through the process. They weren’t genuinely friendly and I was uncomfortable the whole experience. Then the dentist come in with some type of bone loss situation I’ve never heard I had. I go to the dentist every year and in the past 4 years I’ve switched and still never heard that mess. I advised him that’s something that would have been pointed out way prior to me coming here. I’ve never had a cavity so how I have something this severe. Even if it’s mild or not. Anywho I left and went back to my original dentist and explained what was told to me the week prior. They found NOTHING and I knew it. It’s sad how they were trying to sell me on some garbage just to get money. Which I felt while I was sitting there listening to that garbage. I’ll never go back and I don’t recommend anyone coming here if you are searching.

Love the place. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Love the fact they explain to you the process of every procedure before opening your mouth and not knowing anything. Love it & never would change dentist!

I really hated all dentists, and haven’t visited one for more than 4 years, but Northlake Charlotte Dentistry changed my mind. That all very friendly and nice specially Mcenzi, and Dr Buckman is very professional and gentle. And fixing my teeth was not as hard as I thought at all they will be my dental clinic for life, i would highly recommend them.

I love this dentist office. Every time I’ve went I’ve had nothing but great experiences there. This is probably one of the few dentist office you’ll be happy to go to and not scared. Everyone there is awesome from the receptionist to the dentist. A++

I have been here twice now and absolutely love how friendly and professional the staff is. Very clean facility and always willing to work with you on scheduling. They are my go to dental service provider. The location is great too.Very reasonable prices and at the end of your dental cleanings they help you set up your next appointment and will remind you a couple of times as the appointment gets near.
