Dr. Nagel and staff provide an excellent dental experience! They are kind and understanding. I have had several procedures done at this office and have left feeling confident and excited about my results. I highly recommend seeing them for your dental needs!

I had an excellent experience. I spent a lot of time with the Dental Assistant (Forgive me if this is not their title). She was EXCELLENT. I was very scared but she took very good care of me. By the time the Dentist came in to check her work, he was in and out. I loved it and I loved being able to see my work up plan on the screen. Also, the front desk ladies are awesome. Very friendly and responsive to phone calls.

I’m very happy I decided to go to Northlake Dentistry, I called them on a Monday and we had an appointment the next day on Tuesday, myself and my three kids. The customer service was excellent from the first phone call until we walked out of the door after our appointment. We will continue to have them brighten up our smile 😊.

Dr Nagel has been a great provider for my family. Service is fast and very patient. Definitely recommend this office.

First time here! From even before the appointment...when someone called they were VERY friendly. Made me feel extremely comfortable about coming to my appointment. When I got to my appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist who had a warm smile. When taken to the back the entire process...from the X-rays, hygienist, Doctor, and the assistant who cleaned my teeth were professional and welcoming. They even wiped down everything before leaving the room. Love it! This will be my spot every 6 months.

Wow!!! This office has to be the best dental practice in Charlotte! My experiences here have been amazing! The staff is so caring and friendly. I have never had to wait for an appointment. Jamie, Tiffany, Tameka, Denice have the most professional attitude. Dr. Nagel is way to awesome!!! He's always on time and my teeth are in the best shape thanks to his caring hands. This was the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. I had been running around for over a week trying to get seen. They saw me the same day I called and done exceptionally fast work. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Everyone is so nice and professional. Jamie goes out of her way to assist you, and Denice goes over the call of her duties to make you comfortable and explain treatment plan and more.

Haven’t been to the dentist in some time, was worried I would have a bad experience when arriving. NOT THE CASE. This dentist office makes you feel at home and comfortable from the minute you enter to the moment you leave!! 10/10 highly recommended if your not a dentist person this place is great!!

I, as well as my kids go to this dentistry location. I can honesty say that every single experience has been phenomenal!. No complaints at all and the best customer service. All of the dentist treat you with respect and kindness and they all have smiles to light up a room to ensure that their clients have the best experience ever! I would recommend all of my family and friends to this location as well as anyone new having thoughts of being a part of Dr. Nagel and Associates.
