Started with gregarious attitude and quick check in at the front desk. Then continued on to the OR, Tech was great and knowledgeable. Even the student Tech fits right in with the friendly staff. Dentist was very concerned and confident and ensure safety for me the patient. The Tech SHY wasnt my tech but brought me a bottle of water to bring down my BP, great service and staff.

My first appointment in years,. Got a do cleaning with dentist, Katie. As soon as i walked in i was ready to be seen, no extra wait time. Warm, inviting atmosphere. Staff is friendly and very professional. Very welcoming office. I highly recommend thos office to anybody wanting anything done from just a mini check up, to braces, extractions, root canals, etc. 👌

If you want a dentist that will not refund you your co-pay when you have overpaid.,then this is the dentist for you . The first time is when I had a 40 dollar overpayment and I didn’t even know about it until I had to copay for a crown and root canal and it was applied to copay for that. I did not get a root canal just the crown and I have yet to get my refund after several calls and even when the insurance paid out, they all of a sudden came up with another excuse, claiming the insurance overpaid and it will take another two to three weeks. My advice is that you partially pay and if the service is not done they can’t hold your money hostage for months. Also I had 2 different dentist there tell me two different things. One said I had a small cavity and that they were just going to monitor it then another one claim it was huge and that I needed it taken care of right away. Im going back to my old dentist on Reilly rd.
Update: I was called on 11/18/21 and was told I will receive a refund in the mail as 12/15/21 I have yet receive that refund. I am about ready to take them to court after all the running around they have given me.

UPDATE: I wrote the original post over one year ago. I'm very pleased with this office. It's still a bit scary. I ABSOLUTELY dislike going to the dentist (who does 😁) but I trust this office with my dental needs. You can too.
ORIGINAL: So far so good. After years of not seeing a dentist (prior bad experience), I really needed work done. I was so scared but NEEDED dental work. Everyone..... EVERYONE in the office was really nice and put me at ease. They explained things (proceedures and billing) in a way I could understand. I'm happy at this office. I think you will be also.

Best dental experience I have ever had! I came in on an emergency visit. I called and they got me in the same day. I was in and out in less than two hours. Everyone in the office was pleasant, offering free coffee or bottled water while you wait, and even headphones to watch the TV they have in the rooms where procedures are done.

Dr Cameron and his staff are awesome. They are by far the friendliest staff i have ever encountered. They are awesome with my 5 year old. She actually loves going to the dentist. I am so glad i found them. Your first dental experience is so important and I am glad my daughter's was awesome. Kudos to them! We absolutely love them!

I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be called back and everyone is very friendly. All of the hygienists and dentists are very nice and make you feel comfortable. I was nervous when I moved from out of state because I had gone to the same dentist for as long as I could remember and absolutely loved him, but these guys are great and I will definitely be going back for all future appointments.

Great experience as always. Dr Rappaport listened keenly and addressed every issue I had. My tech did an awesome job and my 4 year old had a great time as well.
