Carolinas Dentist should be your go to in dental care! I have had much dental work throughout my life and my experience here was fantastic! Minimal wait time. Affordable services. They were able to add an extra service same time without needing another appointment. This extra service was completed quickly and with success! I absolutely recommend!

I was not pleased nor impressed with my first and only visit. The service was rushed, the doctor came in ,whizzed through Her diagnosis and then I was rushed out to meet with your financial person. The pricing for the services which were recommended seemed rather exorbitant and when I said something about doing it in stages her stock actually was I would lose discounts. I learned a little bit later y'all performed services which were not approved by my insurance.. had you people checked you would have known what was not covered. I will not be back

DR Koehler is AMAZING
I Have had a lot of work done and she is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life. She really cares about her patients and she is very good at her job. All of the techs and staff are great!

Dr. Patel and the hygeinists who assisted him during my visit on Saturday ensured that I felt as comfortable as possible and walked me through every step of all procedures. The level of professionalism and kindness shown to me while answering all of my questions made me feel completely informed and confident in my choice of coming. I only wish I had switched dentists sooner! I wish I could remember all of their names because I appreciated every single person in that office that day including the person at the front desk I am completely impressed and telling me others all about my wonderful experience.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomend. This was my first visit to this dentist office due to me being new to the area. My dental hygienist Lauren is extremely nice and sweet. Dr Johsnosn is my dentist. She’s is extremely kind and sweet as well. Thank you Carolina dentist for taking care of my needs. I have found a wonderful dentist office.

My appointment was @ 930 and I had another obligation at 11am. The staff was informed of this. The hygienist did a wonderful job, but i waited 30 minutes for the dentist before I ended up having to leave in order to make my next appointment. Therefore didn't get to complete my appointment and had to schedule for very early the next morning. This will throw my schedule off tomorrow, and who wants to have to go to the dentist twice in a week. This is an overbooking issue and the same reason I left my last dentist. Very bad first impression. My time matters. I realize this is more of an administration/standard of practice issue, but as a consumer if I don't report my issue no one can track the issue to be addressed.

This is a wonderful and professional dental office. The staff was attentive, respectful, and helpful. The dentist was knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. They even have their own savings plan if you don't have dental insurance which is great for students. If you're looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend them!

Jamie was a wonderful hygienist for my 10 year old son. She was patient with him during his cleaning, making it a great experience for he and I! We love that this office plays movies to keep the little people entertained 😁

I have only good words to say about This office, it’s very clean and modern. My favorite part was that Dr. Koehler was very attentive and gentle, extremely professional and sweet. And can you believe that they even gave me the lip balm befor the treatment?! This is a small but very thoughtful thing. Also her assistants were very nice and made me feel comfortable before and during the treatment. I am from NYC and heard about DR. Koehler from my friend whom I was visiting here. She is excellent and fixed the problems with my teeth that were caused by my last dentist visit in NYC. It matters who you work with and I am happy and pain free now. Will definitely come back again. Love-Love-Love.

Everyone was so nice and and professional. Katie did an awesome job and talked me through every step she took. I had not been to the dentist in years and this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend coming here.
