DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! They will quote you a price and your bill will ALWAYS be higher by $100 or more. Even though I had a family emergency, I called and rescheduled my appt to the next day. Not only did they charge me a missed appointment fee, but they didn't have the decency to let me know that at the time of the call. On an occasion before this one, I had bonding performed on my front two teeth. The job started deteriorating (cracking and breaking off afterwards). When the job was redone, I was told by the new dentist that the job would be done at no cost. I received a bill and notifications from collection agencies for about one year afterwards. The office manager stated it was sent in error. Really...for a year after the service??? I am VERY disappointed the office staff, office manager, and billing department. They all appear to be young and inexperienced. Please seek out an established dental office with seasoned, knowledgeable staff and dental practitioners or be ready for being over charged and receive substandard services.

Carolina Dentist they are the best. They take well care of you and always make sure you okay or if you have any pain they give the best treatment ever. Also they explain and show to you what’s going on with your teeth and what needs to be done. I never been in a dentist that would show me or explain to me what was happening to my teeth or why it was happening but here at Carolina Dentist they explain to you everything. I highly recommended. They are the best Dentist !!!!🤗🤗

Really frustrating. Just took my money.

Just went in Feb 22 2021.

Called in saying that I had a referral for an oral surgeon and they said that they would be able to do my wisdom teeth extraction here. I scheduled a consultation. I had to pay $108 consultation fee. Which makes sense.

When I got here it was just a quick check up by the dentist. Wasn’t seen by the oral surgeon. Then they quickly wrote me a referral to their partners.

The frustrating part is that I had just seen my dentist about 2 weeks prior. I didn’t need to come in to see another dentist. I needed an oral surgeon which the people at this office told me they had.

Carolinas Dentist Fayetteville has a partner office in Spring Lake which has oral surgeons they should have told me to go straight there with my original referral in hand to do a consultation.

I explained this to the office staff and they said since they work with the Spring Lake office they would be able to get the Spring Lake office to waive the $90 consultation fee they would charge me over there. Now it’s just a back and forth between the two offices and nobody is budging.

Clean office, really updated everything and pretty much no wait time but I wish they were honest from the beginning and just scheduled me directly with Spring Lake where they have the oral surgeon that would have been able to help me.

Update: Carolinas Dentist has worked with me to fix the issue😊. The consultation fee has been transferred over to the oral surgeon in Spring Lake that they work with in this office.

They all were vice nice and inviting, the office was very clean and it smelled good. My dental hygienist was very nice and took her time cleaning my teeth. She answered all of my questions, and both of my daughters loved it there. We've found our dentist home!

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were accommodating, kind, and very helpful with my 1 month old baby present. They allowed me to breastfeed in the middle of a cleaning. This is a beautiful, clean, office, with amenities such as coffee or water while you wait. I absolutely recommend this dental facility.

I had a wonderful experience. Both my hygienist and dentist did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable during my cleaning and future work. Highly recommend Carolina Dentist. They offer a very calm and inviting environment.

I went to Carolina Dental during a mandatory mask mandate on the day after 4,700 plus new COVID cases were reported. In the waiting area was a man without a mask and no one said a word to him. Another patient offered to go to her car and get him one and he declined. Not one single staff member said a word to him. When it was my turn I reminded the staff that there was a mask mandate. She said she was aware. I then said someone needed to request that the man put a mask on. It was never done. This is why we are a red state and our numbers so high. Of course the office manager was not on-site. Not one single staff member was willing to ask this person to honor the mask mandate. Way to go North Carolina Dentist for risking the lives of your clients and staff.
