Wonderful experience here as always!!! Love the staff and their work! Would highly recommend!!! And Dr. Drew is the best! I love how he makes you feel like more than just a patient and you can tell he’s very passionate about his work.

I had an amazing service with Carolina dentist! Iesha helped me with understanding equipment used and making sure I felt comfortable during the time. Kiara was amazing in the scheduling process as well! The payment plans made sense when she explained the insurance and everything

After my sons traumatic experience at a routine exam at the EYE Dr. I am blown away on how they handled him here. They made him feel comfortable and the nurse was talking to him and took his fears away. Thank you!!

I had canceled the appointment and apparently no one read the messages, so I can not review but can say that they never replied to my cancellation or followed up. Not good business.

Very Clean and Professional Space!! My dentist was very attentive and she asked questions before starting my cleaning such as “Have I experience any pain or sensitivity with my teeth?”. They made the appointment feel quick and comfortable, looking forward to my next cleaning! Thank you all!!

Been emailing constantly with no return I have also called multiple times. I feel I was overcharged for dental work because I was set up on payments. My insurance should have paid more than what it seems and no one will call me back or even email me to clarify or explain how I ended up paying the same before insurance because I was set up with payments. Pretty frustrating that no one in this office can even email me back when I have reached out numerous times and all I was told was I had other work done. Yes I did but I have insurance and the root canal I had been paying on should not have cost me the same amount when I had insurance cover part of it. So here I am constantly making payments on dental work that I feel should have been less. Never received an updated copy after my root canal was done for how much it would have been with insurance because payments were already in place. Reached out to compassion financing and they told me if there was a difference the office would have to handle that. So now I’m resorting to a review since it’s been 4 months if not more and I can’t seem to get anyone to contact me or email me the proper paperwork to prove I did not overpay for the dental work I had done here. I truly feel like I have been overcharged because my insurance was charged and my balance was to my knowledge less than what I paid in total for the work. Make sure you get a bill when you leave so you have a paper trail everytime you leave here because if you are set up with payments and then receive insurance from your job they will not correct the amount you’ve already paid with the finance company and or give you a proper print out of how your still paying for something when your insurance covered some of the work

My experience at CarolinasDentist Fayetteville was perfect. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist or assistant. Both were friendly, gentle and funny.

Went there on August 19th and done my exam . They said I need to do deep clean and 2 fillings that gonna cost around $1200 . But they said if i sign up for perio membership for $400 , i will get free deep cleaning (the girl from the counter said “irrigation”) and 15% off for the filling .. so i took the appointment for the 25th and when i get there everything was turns out different.
A lady said it was miscommunication and she said “ive been working here for a long time “, without a smile . They asked me over $300 again so i have to cancel all my appointments.
I wish all the employees are well trained;. I been there twice and they always have to ask something to someone. They shouldn’t forget they are Health care workers.
They said they can charge $150 for no show up appointments. But they just gonna say it was “miscommunication “ when its their fault?
They said they returned my money back so i will wait and see .
I recommended one of my friends and they actually took an appointment there too so now i have to warn them about all these.

I love this place, they are direct and professional, they don't sugarcoat anything which in my opinion is the best way to talk about health, everyone is nice and they make sure they explain everything

I got there a little early, the assistants in front were polite and courteous. Even after not doing my part which was filling out my patient info prior to visit.
I wasn’t seen for almost 10 minutes after scheduling, but that’s nothing to fret. I was greeted with a very positive attitude by everyone I interacted with. By this point it was near COB. Their patience to explain my treatment plan was so professionally carried out. People caring about people.
