The staff was very friendly. This was my son's 1st dental appointment and they were excellent. He's a little high energy but the hygenist and doc were patient and answered all of the questions that run through a 4 year old brain.

Carolina's Dentistry is the greatest. The staff is always professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make your experience a pleasure. They schedule in a totally respectful manner so you never have to wait. Once in the seat the attention you receive is personalized and collaborative. Everything is comfortable and Dr.Sands does excellent work, as do his dental assistants. I am so glad I found this practice. My whole family comes, and my child loves her care here too.

We always have a great experience here. I was very nervous to bring my 18 month old to the dentist due to the anxiety she seems to have with doctors appointments. She did great, the staff did amazing and kept her comfortable. We came again at 2 years old and it was the same great experience. I’m glad we started her here and at this age. 100% reccommend!

Awful experience here. We had a confirmed text message the day of my daughter's appointment. Upon arrival they told us they canceled our appointment and when I said you guys sent me a confirmation text today she said "oh those are automated ". And they sent us on our way. Totally unprofessional

This has been my second visit being seen by DDS Katherine Gallick and the Carolina Dentistry team. I was very nervous in the beginning but as I was welcomed by the I must say that I am very impressed with the services that have been provided to me. Dr. Gallick and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Being one of her patients who’s getting ready to go through a process of getting braces.She is very supportive of my discussion in the huge step that getting ready to make. She’s really informative and thorough with everything that she does. I highly recommend them!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to! They were all polite. They offered complementary water or coffee while you wait. They have televisions at each chair while you get work done. Doctor Sands answered all my questions thoroughly withput any irritation. They offer several different payment options. If you don't have dental insurance they offer and in house insurance that covers x-rays each visit plus 2 cleanings a year. 100 percent recommend! They do not accept medicaid or Medicare though.
