Awesome 1st visit. I was very impressed with the customer service from the moment you enter the door. Xray extra easy and comfortable with the new technology. Very clean and organized. The dental hygienist was super nice and took her time examining and cleaning my teeth. Other dental hygienists work with my daughter in another room? However she came over multiple times to make I knew exactly what was being done or to get permission to do anything. My daughter and I were both seen by the same dentist (Dr.Gallick) and she took extra care with us. She explained everything in detail. I left with no questions and feeling extra clean with a big smile. A+++

Never answers the phone. Had to drive to office to make appointment just for them to not have the availability I needed so I drove there for no reason. Not sure if the phones volume is turned down or what but that is pretty inconvenient and no one apologized after I mentioned I’ve been trying to call.

This is our first time using carolinadentist.com after having moved to the area recently. The hygienist was amazing with my apprehensive six-year-old. She took special time to explain everything to him and even joked with him to make him feel comfortable. She even rearranged her schedule so that she could let my four-year-old go first so my six-year-old could see everything that was going on. Very accommodating and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean office, intake was super easy and can be done online ahead of time. I was really nervous about going as my previous dental visits have always increased by anxiety about going to the dentist but not here. I am glad I found this place and now will not only be less anxious but actually look forward to visits to the dentist. Staff and dentists are friendly and make sure they don't miss any concerns or questions you may have. If you are someone who has extreme anxiety about going to the dentist come here, you will be treated respectfully. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

Front desk was extremely welcoming. Nurse was friendly and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable, especially since I went in due to extreme pain discomfort. My X-rays were take fairly quickly and the Dentist came to see me right away. They showed and explained to me why I was in pain. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with assurance and comfort with his recommendation of needing to go to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal.
Best dentist I’ve gone to since I’ve been in NC and I plan on sticking with them as my dentist from now on

I always receive exceptional service from them when I go. I have been visiting them for years with my children and they are so helpful. They are always so easy to understand in regard to treatment and payment. We really enjoy them and are so happy to receive care here.
Years ago, I was getting a cleaning and needed to take my two children because my husband was deployed. I was so concerned because they are young, but the office staff was so kind and helped keep my kids entertained! They did not have to do this, but it helped me a lot.
