Smiles of Fake caring. Absolutely the worst customer care. If you are active duty, do not go here. They coded our sons dental wrong and Tricare Refused to pay. When I confronted the dental office, they said that’s what the doctor put in the system...too bad. The estimate was supposed to be $50 or so but $218 later...we are stuck. 23 years of service and never got surprised by a dental bill. Run away fast if you got Tricare!
Update: I decided to call them based on their response below maybe thinking they would be curious why I am so upset. It was the same answer. A 200% increase is not right. I paid the bill today because money is worth more than a patients concern for taking advantage of people. Again, run away if you have United Concordia/Tricare

Waiting room comfy. Staff very friendly. Hygienist was skilled and made me feel comfortable, which says a lot as I have the typical fear of dentists. :) Dentist is amazing. Made me feel at home, was thorough but gentle. Found our dental practice home!

I’m embarrassed to say I had not been to the dentist in many, many years. Carolinas Dentist was recommended to me. From calling for my appt, initial inspection and during the actual procedure, I never ever felt judged!!! The staff is so incredibly nice and accommodating. I left very eager to come back for my comprehensive exam.

From the moment I walked in, it was just friendly faces and everyone was nice, they actually took their time listening to you.
Jessica is just the sweetest she can be and she listen to you and seems to care about each patient.

From the moment I called to make the appointment to the moment we walked out, we had a great experience. We were seen promptly and everyone was so sweet to my 2.5 year old who was not exactly excited to be at the dentist! We came from a dentist who had trouble booking us when we needed to be seen, so we are happy to have switched!

The service was great. Was greeted and escorted by the doctor there. The crew was just personable. Facility very clean and had innovative technology. Would definitely go back. Also, my hygienist was able to remove some stains on my teeth that I couldn't with whitening strips. I'm looking forward to my next visit, except for my 1 cavity fill-in :(.

Quick efficient and friendly.... a great experience all around.
UPDATE..However beware if u have anything other than the basics done. Family member had invisiline done. Was told 70% was covered by insurance… however they did not preauthorize and took 6 months to submit claim. It was denied within 30 days and we were not told for another 5 months that we would be billed the whole amount! Our ability to contest the decision is compromised due to the time they took to submit and inform us. It does not seem they were being very honest.
UPDATE 2 - Still fighting about the extra 3500 we now have to pay. They are the experts and advised ups about what the insurance should cover. Very disappointed in the advise and lack of willingness to work with us on the issue.

I always have a great experience at Carolinas Dentist. Everyone is extremely friendly, appointments are easy to schedule, and I'm in-and-out in no time. Nicole is a great hygienist and Dr. Johnson is the friendliest dentist on the planet.

After years of not going to the dentist I feel more than confident that I found an affordable dentist office that exceeds my expectations. I’m a student that lives off campus, so my employers healthcare package is way out my budget especially if I want dental. The dental team and front desk were very professional (Which is uncommon in this area) and extremely honest especially regarding my treatment options. If you decide to take advantage of their first-time customer deal (Which I believe was 99 after tax vs 300-400 for other offices I researched) ask for the Dr. Victoria Johnson and Kaitlin Farmer for your hygienist (she was a miracle worker)
