I am so lucky that my friend told me about your wonderful Dental Office. I knew I had much needed work after years of neglect. Not only was everyone super nice, honest and friendly, but they were also very understanding. I love Katie and if I could back her up and move her with me I definitely would because she is fantastic. Dr. Patel is also great and ensured that I understood everything prior to my procedure plan.

Great first experience! Super fast service, no waiting time. My dental assistant was super sweet and great at taking x rays! My doctor was also super nice and clearly explained all treatment. I was able to get in the next day for treatment and a cleaning! The gal who checked me out at the front desk was also super helpful!

I am not the biggest fan of dentists and here made me feel at ease, not judged and help me make good choices for my dental health! I am very pleased with my experience and will be using them in the future. I highly recommend this place! The staff was great from intake to exit!

Was on a business trip out of town and chipped my tooth. Call them to schedule appointment when I returned home. Once again great care and quick. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years until I started back with them. Did not make me feel bad about waiting to get back to better dental care. Awesome crew.

I really wanted to like this place because the reviews were all amazing. Although, when I am in the office there is never a wait. I find waiting 6 plus weeks between appointments a bit much for me. I've been twice and have yet to even have a cleaning. Even though I am aware my teeth need a lot of work, I am looking at the end of the year before I am even able to get a crown. That would not even be a deal breaker, the deal breaker was my insurance provides me addition coverage ( 100% ) for certain services because of a health condition I have. I made sure this was well documented, so I was really thrown off when I was getting quoted outrageous co pays. I had to call my insurance company and have them explain it to the clinic they needed to note it on my claim. ( after they were already informed of the additional TDP coverage ) I had already made payments towards a treatment ( that services had not been rendered for ) and it was looking like would not be done before the first of the year, I requested a refund because it was almost $500. I was told 5/7 business days in office. I called at the end of the week to be told it would take an additional 4/6 weeks because billing still works from home. I was so rubbed the wrong way by the lack of transparency, and the inconsistency in where my refund stood i called my bank for advice. I then decided to not go back and seek care with another dentist that was able to get my deep cleanings done way faster than July and my cap shortly after my RCT. If are like me, and need a ton of work, maybe look else where. This place is likely better for just routine care.

I really like this place there one young lady with not friendly I was early she had to clean the room before I could go back the way she reminded I was early than wait while she clean room when she came back to get me she said you are still going to have wait Dr has root canalI I left her customer service was horrible…Don’t make me feel horrible or in convenience because I was early everyone else very nice pleased with the service!!!

I came in with so much anxiety, but left feeling relieved and so much better then before that I scheduled my appointment to come back as soon as possible. Everyone there really and truly seemed like they care. Everyone was so nice and they really love what they do. They took so much time to care for me that I was amazed. I have never had this experience before in a dentist office. I think I just found my permanent dentist office.

Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming. I was having severe tooth pain that needed a root canal and crown. I was able to get right in and instantly felt at ease with such friendly staff! Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication. I’m now pain free and was able to turn my frown into a happy smile. Very satisfied customer! Keep up the great work!

Shi and Dr. A is a great team! I love how they work together! Great customer service and knows how to make me feel comfortable! Thanks you guys
