First of all they billed my husbands insurance instead of mine. Then they double billed my insurance. It took 3 months to get that straightened out. The last time I was there they took my blood pressure and said it was too high to clean my teeth, the guy next to me had the same issue. They told I have to have a note from my PC doctor before they could clean my teeth. Before they took BP the two hygienist were talking about that one of them was doubled booked, so I since me and the other guy didn’t get our teeth cleaned it solved their problem of being over booked. I called to see how much I owed them and got hung up on, I called back and call was sent to answering machine. I was going to leave a callback number but recording said there was 1647 messages!!! It could be a year before they call me back! So if you leave a message with them good luck.
I am now going somewhere else to get my teeth cleaned.
