We have gone to this practice for 18 years now and I have always loved it, but the last few years it has gone downhill. The office staff doesn't follow through. I had to ask multiple times for a referral for our daughter, then asked twice for xrays to be sent to an oral surgeon only to be told they were never sent when our appt came with said surgeon. They have a reputation apparently for not sending xrays out and then when you call and leave a message for a call back, forget it! You won't get one. The dentists and hygienists are on point, but something needs to be done about the rest of it.
