Needing a dental implant. They are very informative and helpful. Hoping to have new tooth before to long. Administrative staff on top of insurance benefits, yes!

The staff at Great Plains are all so kind, gentle, and patient. I have trusted them to take care of my children's dental care for years.

The Dental Hygienist (Meagan) greeted me with the most genuine smile and extremely positive, professional attitude. Clearly explained (with her keen knowledge) the entire dental process for my quarterly appointment for the day. This conversation aided me in making my decision on what to do/have done a more informed one. Because of her I “will” always be going back to Great Plains Family Dentistry of Enid and highly recommend Great Plains and Ms. Meagan to family, friends, and coworkers. Please pass my sincere “Thanks!” to her and looking forward to seeing and talking with her on my next quarterly visit in June and any future dental issues/concerns with my dental health care needs!!!

Very great staff and doctor from the front to the back!!! Very patient and kind, my daughters dental care and hygiene with her teeth, has not been great and they were the best with explaining everything and did not make me or her feel uncomfortable about anything! Highly recommend

Reception & dental assistant staff were efficient & capable. Dr. Flores cared enough to put me at ease. I do NOT like to get dental work done. Every thing went well. Now that Dr. Flores is my dentist, I won't be so worried the next time I need a dentist. My only suggestion: get a therapy dog, perhaps on certain days -- that would have helped me a LOT. A therapy dog is much better for you than tranquilizers.

My daughter has special needs and is tube fed, and right as soon as they read her chart about tube feeding they started acting differently. The dentist peeked over my shoulder when I got her mouth open, didnt use any tools just his eyes and said yea they look fine. The tech was nervous and another tech said she had 20yrs of experience but didnt feel comfortable getting x-rays or cleaning her teeth. My daughter was half asleep due to her medication. I feel that they have a preconceived notion about special needs and dont want to even try. I asked several questions and three different times they referred me to a pediatric dentist in okc, which is 1 1/2 hrs away from us. We went for nothing, they wouldn't even polish teeth with toothbrush or put fluoride on. Very disappointed. Never had this problem before, but now they have new dentist and techs that have problems with children that are different.

When I asked them if my insurance covered the whole cleaning appointment that i was making, they said yes. I get to the appointment about a month later and the dental assistants start doing their cleaning, I only felt they cleaned about half my teeth like trying to get me out of there quick. After the cleaning they took me to the front desk and now I am told I owe $55 for the “fluoride and cancer screening” that I was never informed of. I can tell people don’t like their jobs. I didn’t feel my teeth were worked on properly and didn’t get much communication with anyone. Just in and out with a $55 bill I didn’t know I was going to have to pay since they told me my insurance would cover it all.

Corporate dentistry. I went for a cleaning and experienced less than good handling from the hygienist, however that I can look past. What makes me not want to ever come back is the dentist told me I had 5 cavities; I’ve had 3 my entire life (30yrs old). I was also given treatments (oral health cancer screening and fluoride) that were not covered by my insurance; $50 for a flashlight to my teeth and $35 for fluoride that I was not informed was not part of my covered cleaning. I went to OKC back to my family dentist, told me he saw no cavities and some insight into corporate dentist shops. Typically over diagnose, over charge, less concern for the client (which I thought a small town would bring). An example (not of this place but who knows because I was never shown a receipt of services rendered) is a $15 “sanitary” charge. A charge to sterilize equipment. I thank this facility for teaching me a life lesson to be skeptical of new clinics and seek local/privately owned dentist offices.
