Wonderful care and very quick. They are always wonderful with both my kids.
I have edited my review. We haven’t had any problems until this last time. My son was prescribed an antibiotic he was allergic to. I wasn’t the one taking him so the medication was filled and given to him. If you have a child with a drug allergy make sure you remind them every visit. I was told it wasn’t put on his 2022 chart. Not sure why. I’m fairly certain once you are alergic you always are. But maybe not.

Red lobster, err... Great salt plains is the only place I trust to place a metal hook against my teeth. They are very friendly and considerate.

I took my 2.5 year old to his first dentist appointment, and it could not have been a better experience. Our dental hygienist, Ms. Brooke, was beyond wonderful. She held my squirming one year old while I finished paperwork, and she introduced my 2 year old to every tool she used to cleaning his teeth which helped with his nerves. Dr. Flores was friendly and encouraging. My son talked about him all the way home! This mama was anxious about the whole experience, but it was easy, fun, and quick! This is such a great place for young kids.

I just had my first cleaning at Great Plains Family Dentistry of Enid and was very impressed! The office was clean, professional and the office staff was very welcoming. Dr. Flores and his hygienists made sure I understood what work I needed done and what all my X-rays showed. I will definitely be promoting Great Plains Family Dentistry to everyone I know.

One of the staff members was very rude I was 10 minutes late and had to swap my appointment to 30 minutes later for one of my children she had asked to reschedule my other child for the next day which was not in my availability and she very rudely said that's what happens when you are late with a tone that I didn't agree with as she walked away from me I will no longer be using this office the other staff members were very nice there was just no reason to make a comment like that to me when I had no issues with the swap around of the appointment

My 10 year old had to have some fillings done, and it was a super quick and easy experience! The dentist that worked on him is great with kids, as well as all of the assistants and employees. 100% recommend this office!
