Kylie was amazing with my son! My son is soooo scared of the dentist. She made it really comfortable for him and was patient and kind with him. Really appreciated her! The staff was nice and the dentist did an amazing job 💯

I feel like it’s next to impossible for them to answer their phone. The front desk is always rude and out of the loop. When I call it takes me at least a week to get a returned phone call. I got a letter with $25 off of a service that I neglected to make after a cleaning, I had no idea I had a cavity that wasn’t filled. It took me until the coupon was out of date to even get figured out what the letter was for in the first place. Why wasn’t i told I had a cavity and needed to schedule a filling at the time of my cleaning? I’m conflicted because I do like the dentist and the staff once you get back to your chair, even though their conversations between them could turn some clients noses the other way. At the end of the day I got my teeth taken care of, I hope in a correct way.

Went today for checkup and cleaning. Great check-up and April and Tiffany were fantastic with the prep and cleaning. Couldn't have ask for better care. Tiffany needs a pay raise because of her professionalism and caring personality.

My 17 year old loves this place. It is her 1st time visit and she felt comfortable and enjoyed the dentist. She said he wore crocs. Which are her favorite and he sang the entire time. She loves it and actually can't wait to go back, for once.

I really don't have any complaints just that my appointment was at 10.30 am and wasn't got back until 11AM wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't for waking up that morning with a migraine. But the hygienist gave me something for it and she was was really concerned about weather you were in pain or not. Not just saying because I was jacked up on nitrous gas and pain shots and all. 👍👍Up date 7/9/21the girls at the reception desk are great awesome people very helpful, I can never say enough good things about great plains of enid, my grandson son who is only 3 years old was able to get in for the first time in his life and he was scheduled in same day everyone in back was super good with him, his first experience with a dentist was a much good experience he walked away happy didn't fit like mom and I thought he would. You all are super great, awesome 👍👍👍👍👍

I have been trying to get two teeth pulled they couldn't get the information from the front desk to the back you canceled on me one time I didn't know it drove out there then I was told it to cancel this time you told me it didn't have enough time slotted for me gas is expensive had to take off work every time I do this very unhappy
