Worst possible !! Had treatment done and paid for - go in to get permanent crown placed and they come up with an extra 123.00 that I owed them - this was not the agreement that I signed . I think that if they run the insurance prior to treatment and expect money up front then this should be all that I owe. Coming up with another balance is ridiculous. This company is untrustworthy and I will never go there for care again .

The dental assistants are nice but every single dentist they hire is horrendous. The last one messed up every single filling he gave me and the new one messed up my families teeth and had terrible communication skills.

Crown on my front tooth broke off and I needed a quick bond to put the piece back on. I am new to Enid and so thought I'd also make an appointment and have full restorative work done to all my crowns. I was there at 8am, no other patients in. Since I knew this to be a quick fix, I hoped they'd heed my plea that I needed to be at my office by nine. There were 3 patients in chairs by the time I got to go back; they insisted on an X-ray (?) which I didn't want but had to do to get this fixed. Doctor came in at 8:40, confirmed she would bond this and then left. 9:10 she finally came back and performed a <2minute bonding procedure. My total cost $144 because I apparently also had an exam! They lost a potential BIG $$patient! (Office is pretty and the doctor seemed personable. That's why 2 stars)
