Customer service is nice. The actual nurses were also okay. Only problem is the actual dentist damaged my tooth by chipping it during a filling.

I had a appointment with Aspen Dental and the dentist they had quit and her replacement was Robert Harman he ruined my tooth then said I needed to get another dentist to have a crown put on it.He was filling in at Aspen Dental in Klamath Falls at the time.In my opinion he is a quack,Aspen Dental refunded me the $180.00 I was charged.
The office staff was great always have been but they should have informed me they had a substitute dentist .Now I am looking at $800.00 for a crown .Look Robert Harmen DDS up on google he is not well liked, I will never return to this business and believe me I will tell everyone I know and meet about my bad experience with this man.He is just old and should retire perhaps he was ok at another time.Don't get me wrong I am old too 67 but I had enough sense to quit my profession many years ago .
