Awesome staff! Super professional, patient, and kind. Went in and recieved a checkup and planned wisdom teeth removal. Got my teeth cleaned same day and wisdom teeth removed the next day. Staff was super nice especially the manager. Dentist, hygienist, and other staff were super professional and definitely knew what they were doing. The dentist that removed my wisdom teeth did it so well and quickly that I my wisdom teeth site doesn't hurt nearly 12 hours later and swelling is so minimal that people can't tell I've just had them removed. A few of the staff are OIT graduates so if any OIT students need teeth cleaned and feel uncomfortable going to a dentist away from their home town, I highly recommend coming to this Aspen Dental location. I can't give enough praise to the staff. 5/5 stars highly recommend location.

Your going to want a second opinion on the deep clean this is there high pressure sales tactics! Also Aspen dental requires new X-rays stating that there software isn’t compatible with other dentist, think that’s fishy, it is the file is a pdf ever heard of a office that can’t use pdf! Aspen is a if a pyramid scheme were a dentist! You probably don’t need 1000. Deep clean you need hydrogen peroxide and a more honest dentist!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Poor communication between staff, schedulers and patients. Rude dentist. I recommend steer clear of this place. They don't do implants so I was having the majority of my work done elsewhere and they refused to work with the other dentist to help me fix my teeth and save a little money. I needed TEMPORARY dentures and they refused. Poor customer service.

Uncoordinated staff. Had an appointment for weeks, got cancelled last minute. Keep getting called from different staff members leaving voicemails telling me different things. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing!

I wasn't kidding when I told the dentist that they treated me like royalty there. A LOT of anxiety goes in to getting dentures and I'm probably their most annoying patient (but they don't make me feel that way.) I've walked in there panicking on multiple occasions and they have never let me leave there feeling unsettled. I'm very pleased with the treatment and my new teeth. Thank you Aspen Dental

My visit with Aspen Dental was pleasant. The staff was great as well as the doctor herself. I let them know what I wanted and they didn't waste my time by trying to detour me into other work that was not needed, we got right to business. I was very please how it all took place and would definitely recommend this office for all dental needs to anyone

The experience was professional, caring and very competent from the moment we contacted this office. The registration on line from the corporate entity was challenging, but the local staff were extraordinary and most helpful. From the moment we were greeted (my spouse and I did this together) everything was handled promptly, professionally and competently. The exam was very thorough, and the results were clearly shared with us. The caring attitude of each member of the staff team put us at ease and added to the confidence we have for the care we have been afforded. I would highly recommend the Klamath Falls practice of Aspen Dental with highest marks, and am pleased to have them care for our dental needs.

Hidden charges, unreliable office manager that is not truthful about the charges. On the sign when you walk in it advertises "No hidden charges" yet 6 months after completing treatment (paid in full at visits) a surprise bill popped up!
