Aspen Dental is Klamath Falls is awesome. Their location is clean and they are following all the CDC guidelines for safety. Their staff is professional and kind. Warning to anyone who uses aspen dental for Denture repair. They do very incompetent repairs and refuse to make any adjustments after repairing your Denture. Plus. After I paid my Bill totally after getting really crummy Denture repair. They are double billing me for the repair I already paid. Be aware of Aspen Dental double billing rip off scam.

I have had nothing but wonderful visits to Aspen. The entire team is very professional, but Dr. Sabina and Laurie Davis and Kristen make it fun too! After many years of neglecting my teeth, they handled my fears and anxieties and immediately put me at ease, and were very caring. I was also very pleased to be able to work with them on the finances. I highly recommend them.

The friendliness of the staff was 5 stars for me, especially their office manager. So was the speed at which you can make an appointment (I was able to get an appointment 2 days after scheduling).
However, the practices themselves were questionable. The Dentist wanted $1100 for a routine cleaning, and refused to treat my cracked tooth otherwise. When I said I absolutely could not afford that, she didn't budge. I feel like it's antithetical to pitch an $1100 cleaning as a prerequisite to a crown to "prevent infection," but allowing that same patient to walk around with a cracked tooth knowing it will inevitably require extraction/antibiotics.
I don't think I've ever seen a more obvious cash grab in a dental setting. She definitely did NOT care about the safety of the tooth, because letting it remain cracked is far more dangerous than any treatment she could've provided today.
I would definitely recommend checking out Premiere Care Dental BEFORE going here, unless it's an emergency and you need new care ASAP.

Got a good replacement fillling installed by Dentist Dr. Bernhardt. However, the billing department treated me like a walk-in with no insurance and at first told me I would have to pay the entire amount; then, they hadn't called to request the correct billing amount from the insurance, they billed me for deductible when I have none; they quoted me my prior insurance cost (it changed), so I am not very happy about that whole experience. In all, I paid them $75 more than I need to, and I had to pay before I even walked in the exam room. And I don't know how long it will take them to correct the billing and get me my refund. Thinking about changing dental companies.

The staff at Aspen Dental are friendly, helpful, and all around good people who care about the well being of your smile. I was referred to them and I would definitely point others in their direction. Teeth are very important so don't wait until it's too late.

Great first time visit. Beyond there concern for your oral hygiene, they all did an amazing job at keeping me at my most comfortable through every process. I almost feel obligated to continue care here as I owe them so much gratitude for how nice and incredibly straight forward they were with me. Thank you.

It was nice that Aspen Dental was able to get me in for an appt 2 days after I called them. However, I went in for a toothache, same one that I have had for the last 2 weeks, hoping to get some relief, but instead I got no relief and $233.00 charged to my dental insurance for a full mouth of exrays and a exam, but no relief. Left there with a plan of nearly $5000. in dental work and a referal to a surgeon. Am I happy about it? No. Maybe for some people this is a good dental office, but I felt there was nothing done for me except a bill and future dental work at the cost of $5000. I have my own dentist, but I am not able to see him or get relief from my pain until July 10th, hoping I would get some from this dentist office, but wishful thinking on my part. Good luck to the rest of you in you're mission on finding a dentist that gives help in this town. Honestly I can understand why any kind of insurance is expensive, for I think they are taken advantage of by anyone who can bill them for something or another. It's all comes down to the money!!

I am writing this for my husband who has bad anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist. Aspen dental has done an amazing job on working with my husbands needs, they take the time to make sure he is comfortable before they even attempt do his dental work and knowing that he is well taken care of makes him feel more relaxed when he is there. My boyfriend went in to just get top denture repaired after breaking, that was all he wanted. The dentist would NOT do it unless he had his bottom teeth (has own bottom teeth) x-rayed and any dental work needed done first. All he wanted was a repair. Klamath Falls,Or.
