The staff was kind and made it easy and comfortable.the dentist, Dr.Gorgeous, made it a pleasant visit and was very gentle and kind. I cant believe im actually looking forward to my next visit! Best place ever-

I came in with wisdom tooth pain, and had an abscess forming and was not made aware that I even had an abscess even though I had pointed it out to them. I was in excruciating pain and decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and they wasted no time getting my abscess taken care of. I would not recommend anyone to Aspen.

Everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, dentist and financial assistant were all very efficient, knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I've never had such a thorough exam.

I broke my bottom rear molar and needed a crown. The dentist did a great job, adequate pain management and quick removal of the old tooth. The assistant, however, took about 5 tries to place the temporary, eventually she had to use permanent adhesive. Waited three weeks and went back for the permanent tooth. I asked if she was going to numb me, to which she responded I wouldn't need it. The assistant began to cut off the temporary with a grinding tip on exposed dentin with NO novacaine (or whatever they use these days). Needless to say it was like having a real tooth ground off with no pain control. She tried AGAIN, after I said it hurt. She really seemed to not care at all that this was one of the more painful physical events in my life. Eventually she had the dentist come in and numb me. She was dismissed for the day, presumably, because a new assistant came in with the dentist.
I will be moving to a different dentist, who removes even a temporary tooth that has been applied with permanent adhesive? I will be moving to a new dentist in Medford after, once again, having a terrible customer service experience in Klamath Falls.

They were very professional and compassionate. I have anxiety and they made me very comfortable and gave me a blanket when I was cold. Best experience I've ever had at the dentist.

I was hurt tremendously by this practice BUT I am proud to say Klamath Falls OR is the birthplace of the Boycott Aspen Dental movement that was born out of the atrocity of me losing a tooth over a simple crown replacement (OUCH)! Readers, persistence did NOT pay off which forced Aspen Dental B.A.D. to be founded. ADMI stuck their disabled victim with a 10k bill, and seemed to enjoy themselves as they did it. THAT'S RIGHT, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I suffered enormous pain (tooth finally had to be extracted), continue to suffer, and Aspen Dental never one time showed any concern. Instead they....well it's all written at two thirty dental caution dot org if you care to learn more. AND the Boycott Aspen Dental movement is fully explained there too. If I've saved one person from the harm I suffered, all this work is worth it. Thanks for reading, and all I can say is "Stay safe; stay away from Aspen Dental". Oh, tell your friends....

They do a good job and have state of the art equipment, nice environment. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they changed my appointment twice and I already had a hard time scheduling around my work.

Unable to get dental care due to financing! Your credit history (which has been in repair for 2 years but nothing dropped yet) should not be a reason to just shove you outdoors without a goodbye. But...that's all that seemed to matter. I wish alternative options had been available or I would not be in HORRID pain today. Dr Todd is an awesome and gentle, caring person, as were the staff. But to be poked, prodded and dug into, only to find I would be going home worse than when I got there was disheartening when all I needed was at least one tooth pulled asap! The rest could have been planned out. Almost 7 THOUSAND quoted!!! THIS is how seniors are treated?

MY COMMENTS ARE MY EXPERIENCE AND ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL! THEY LIE, STAFF CHANGES ALL THE TIME, CANCELED APPOINTMENTS ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND INEXPERIENCED PERSONNEL AS WELL AS THE DOCTORS! READ THE REPLIES AND IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. MY DAD WENT IN FOR A BOTTOM DENTURE LAST OCTOBER/NOVEMBER AND STILL HAS NO DENTURE! LAST APPOINTMENT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH WAS PROMISED HE'D HAVE IT BY CHRISTMAS AFTER 13 MONTHS AND NOW THEY SAY IT WILL BE MID JANUARY!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ASPEN DENTAL AND WILL STAY FAR AWAY LIKE I HOPE MANY OTHERS WILL TOO! OUR CASE WILL BE IN COURT SOON AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Had to wait 45 mins for the dentist to show up. The young lady who did the x-rays was great. The prices quoted for me were way to high, if that's the going rate now I don't see how anybody on a fixed income can afford dental work!
