Seeing the dentist is never something someone looks forward to. I saw Dr. Bernard to have a molar pulled. I was anxious and starting to make myself sick. All the staff was so compassionate. It helped make a painful experience much more.doable. Very professional and caring folks. Highly reccomend.

Worst dental experience of my life. While I liked the dentist I met, they first misplaced records that I had provided weeks before the appointment. Once the initial exam was done, they told me I needed $2,500 of root planing and scaling along with antibiotics, even though I was just transferring from another dentist who had been treating the same condition without expensive treatment. I did have some deep pockets and some minor bleeding when they did the exam. However, I have no pain, no bleeding when brushing my teeth and certainly no bone loss. I have had a worse condition in the past that was totally corrected by better brushing, gum massage and some prescription mouth wash and tooth paste.
When we said we could not afford that kind of treatment and what were the options they said get the deep cleaning done at the local college, but we will not see you again until you do.
I went to another dentist and they said the same treatment, if it was needed, would cost $1300 retail and with insurance discounts and co-payments would be much less.
This was the worst customer service, the most condescending attitude and the most incompetent front office staff I have ever encountered in a dental office.

The Aspen Dental Team in Klamath Falls are AMAZING!!! The ladies are very friendly, upbeat, and PROFESSIONAL. The entire team was on point. I was in the chair immediately and done before I even realized it was over. I highly recommend this office, especially after the horrible experience I went through at a prior dental clinic in Klamath Falls.

If you want your appointments repeatedly canceled and then receive texts from their automated system telling you you missed an appointment they themselves had canceled, well, then they are decent.

Made an apt. Had two missed calls with no voicemail regarding what the call was for. One text reminding me of my apt. Got off work early, 30 min, to make it to my apt and as im walking to my car i called too see what they were calling for and the receptionist tells me my apt was cancelled because i did not confirm that i was going to go to my apt.
Just a little advice, when your receptionists call, it would be great if they leave a messages.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Klamath Falls, OR. I had several teeth pulled and left the office wearing temporary dentures! I opted to have the procedure done under a local anesthesia and Dr Bettencourt was amazing. I had ZERO pain throughout the procedire, he and all of his staff were calm and made sure to ask if I was doing okay while he worked. I've seen many dentists in my life and this was the best experience i've ever had. If you're looking for a great dentist with a warm and friendly staff please give A span a try. I'm just sorry I didn't find them sooner.

The employees were very nice and friendly, place was clean. Won't give 5 stars because I felt I was overcharged for having 1 tooth pulled.

Awesome. I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in to see the dentist within a few hours. Was amazed at the treatment I received...and all for free as a first time client. Will recommend to any and all that I know and will definitely be going back.
