They are great people here especially Sonya she is my wifes favorite nurse/dental nurse. We were lied to by another dentist about aspens work and found out that their work was holding strong but our dentist had damaged the rest of my wifes tooth and yet aspen still fixed it at a decent price.

Overall, it was a step a head from my previous dentist. The only complaint I have was the fluoride treatment I was given during my cleaning; at no point before or during my treatment was I told that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. I would recommend you tell your patients that the treatment may be at an extra cost before proceeding with it.

This office is amazing! I had an appointment today and the ladies Ladean and Jean at the front were so nice. Then my Dental Assistant Stacey took care of my xrays so quickly and she was so polite. The other Dental Assistant Crista really made me feel welcomed while I walked through the halls! Dr. Bernhard came in so quickly and did my exam so fast! He made me feel welcomed like I've known him forever! Then to top it all off the office got me in for a same day appoinment for Hygiene with Ashlie, I've never seen my teeth sparkle so much after a cleaning! What an amazing experince! I would go back to this place every day if I had to!

If anyone is looking for a dental clinic, please consider Aspen Dental. I recently had an appointment there and found them to be very friendly and accommodating. They have the most up-to-date equipment that alleviates the pain associated even in taking pictures. After a very thorough exam by both the dentist and hygientist, I felt very confident that I have found my dental home.

I got a blue-tooth enabled electric toothbrush that has a dedicated app devoted to analyzing my brushing pattern in order to suggest incremental brushing technique development...........

The staff was open friendly. Knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable and at home in the office. The wait to be seen wasn't long, but I did have my paper work done and ready to go when I walked in the door.

I can't believe what they tried to pull on me, said I needed deep cleaning and I didn't tried to change me for x rays, I can't recommend this place in fact keep your money and run.

I would never describe a dental office visit as fun, but at Aspen Dental, the staff are friendly, professional, appropriately covid conscious and more importantly for a person with a life long dental phobia patient, efficient, and quick. .

They never billed my insurance. They just sent me a bill for $400 saying still waiting on insurance. I've never had insurance take that long before... usually I pay nothing for the service I received..
