Long review updated, my dentist (Dr.John) is wonderful and is genuine and caring. I previously had my wisdom teeth removed without being put under with Dr. John and it was much less painful and scary than I thought it would be. The service I've received from him, along with the Ortho care team has been great. The points I've found that need improvement are scheduling, customer service from the front office (i.e. if your customer is frustrated, responding with an attitude is not the appropriate response), and communication. I would like to know when I schedule an appointment if I'm going to have a cost to pay out of pocket when I come in and I will continue to double check my appointments are in the system and hopefully not have to be rescheduled. Overall, when I need something they are able to get me in. Whether it is losing metal brackets on my teeth, needing trays, or asking questions Melissa has always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help.

What a great team. I was in town to move our daughter into her dorm and had a dental emergency. The staff was so kind and Dr John did a terrific job.

Nearly painless crowns x2. I was given pre-procedure detailed information about what to expect. Staff was patient and understanding of my dental procedure anxiety. Dr. Lee allowed breaks when I needed them. The 3-hour time estimate was spot on.

This dental office has been great so far. My husband and I have been patients for about 3 years. I recently had a great experience. I had a broken tooth that was just starting to give be trouble. I called and left a message after hours on a Friday and they returned my call promptly Sunday morning offering me an apt on the next day. They were super efficient and professional. I am a redhead and for what ever reason it’s always hard for me to get numb. Many Dr.s in the past have brushed me off when I tell them I need extra numbing. 🤷‍♀️The Dr. I saw took my word for it and saved us both time. They were able to do an exam and place a permanent crown all in the same day. I Couldn’t be happier to get the apt all done in one shot. Because they could make the permanent crown In the office. All of Staff was very friendly every step of the way. They explained the treatment plan in full detail. And also took the time to go over my insurance benefits. Happy to have found a great office so close to home.

My visit as a new patient was great,was not a nervous reck. All my questions were answered and the staff was great.

I was visiting family in Eugene and had fork pain. McKenzie Dental made time for me the next day. Dr. Lee very patiently examined my tooth and went through options with me. We ended up doing root canal and it was so much less than the horror I had always heard of. Dr. Lee and his assistant, Carlos, worked so well that I had no tooth pain after. When the anesthetic injection didn't hurt. After 4 days, there is still no need for pain killers and the tooth feels better than it has in years.
I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism, personal interaction, and Dr. Lee's mentorship of his assistant. I very strongly recommend McKenzie Dental and am grateful for their service. If I lived here, they would be my permanent dental office!

This was my first time and I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. They took their time to do a very good job and explained everything clearly. Dr. Lee took extra time to discuss somethings he noticed and what could be done without being pushy. I am definitely going back.

I had a good visit for cleaning. Becky is my dental hygienist and was great as usual.

Broke a tooth and was seen quickly; crown placed the next day. The staff is extremely helpful! Dr. Lee was so friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend!
