MINT dentistry | North Arlington

This was my first time at this location.
Let me first say, I have yet to go to an office that didn’t feel and look amazing.
I mean we all dread being in a Dr. Office.

My check in time was expeditious. Completed my paperwork and my name was called shortly after. Most dental offices are cold and stiff. I appreciated the personable attendants and dentist as well.

I’ve been with the Mint Brand for a few years now and won’t be changing for a while!!!

My time is just as valuable as Mint's. Why set an appointment if it's not going to he honored.

Every time I go into Mint the front staff is friendly and thorough (especially) during this COVID time.

Their service is also really great. Being comfortable is something they always do for you from entertainment and comfortable dentist chairs — the ease, if you have any dental anxiety is achieved.

In regards to the dental work I’ve had cavity fills done and cleaning and both have gone well. They are sensitive to your pain and do the job well and efficiently. So far it has also been effective.

For your first visit they provide whitening teething trays and whitening gels that have really worked for me. Every 6 months for my cleaning they provide more whitening gels which is great.

Lastly their payment plan is awesome. Their smile program is great because it’s affordable and they really try to work with you.

The service is typically fast. The only time I’ve waited for a small period is when the actual dentist who performs any type of fill comes in. But the hygienist and the waiting time in the waiting room is really quick!

It’s been almost 3 years and I continue to go to this Mint Dentistry location.

I am first timer with Mint. The North Arlington location is beautifully designed. It was very easy to book an appointment online and I actually done it the night before. The staff is very friendly. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 star is because the guy who cleaned my teeth was a bit messy. The water splashed on my face throughout the cleaning and the suction straw was placed inside my jaw, which stuck to my tongue. I think he just needs a bit more training in that area. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mint Dentistry.

I went to my appointment thinking I was finally getting my tooth fixed but no they want to keep charging me for cleanings but not fixing any teeth. Yes they are white but hurt. Then the ladies at the front insulted me because I complained about wanting my teeth fixed and the one states maybe the pricing was the issue!!!! First of all I work in the accounting office making really good money so no honey money wasn't the issue the service was the issue. If I say my tooth hurt what good is cleaning it? I will never go back to them and will tell people to stay away!!!!

Canessa at the Arlington location was AMAZING! I’m a stickler for good customer service, and hers was superb. She mad me feel comfortable, her communication was flawless and the genuine concern was undeniable. I’m 26 and I get anxiety going to the dentist, but I was relaxed with her. The cleaning and flossing...I’m not gone tell y’all how I cried cause I felt such a relief. She went over the whitening tray info with me and gave me additional pointers on how to take better care of my teeth. The entire staff was amazing, but she definitely was the star of my visit.

I really appreciate Ashley’s great care and service. She was very sweet and attentive and super kind. I will definitely request her next time I visit! Dr. Rodriguez also was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you ladies! :)

Very slow service. Only came for the triple whitening and a cleaning and my visit was over a hour n a half long. Very disappointed bc a few people I know go to other locations and love it. Definitely don't recommend the Arlington location. & still didn't get the FREE WHITENING! Will never recommend mint

Had to end up getting my wisdom tooth pulled, though they did great! They were very nice and professional, made sure I was comfortable at all times. Definitely plan on coming back for all my dental needs.

Love the Dr. And her team. They go so far out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Ask if your ok and let you know your doing great all the way through you treatments. I was always scared and didnt like going to the dentist but this team has changed that. The Dr. made the numbing process so easy and painless, never felt the needle. I most definitely will be back to this dentist. The secretary was the nicest and will help you understand the treatment plan and your insurance covarage. At North Arlington MINT dentistry the care more about their clients then being at work just for the pay check. All thumbs up!!!!
