MINT dentistry | North Arlington

In all honesty I am only giving 5 Stars because my Second experience was so much better than my First. Also because Taylor is amazing!!!! I booked an appointment at the Arlington location for a deep cleaning. The first Dentist that came in to numb my teeth was friendly but I have to say that the numbing process was terrible, I screamed and cried so horribly from the pain and discomfort. I was then introduced to the Amazing Taylor who deep cleaned my teeth. Taylor was very professional, honest, caring and I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. He gained my trust very quickly. He was very discreet and checked on my mental state of mind the entire time. In fact this hygienist was so great that I decided to schedule my second appointment for deep cleaning at the Dallas location because Taylor is mobile and was scheduled to be in Dallas. I highly recommend this guy to anyone needing a thorough deep cleaning and I Salute Mint Dentistry for hiring him, Great choice!

What an amazing experience. I really felt like an important person, everything is spotless, the staff is so kind, the chairs give a gentle massage..just a perfect visit. Stephanie helped me with the financial side of things and the doctor was so charismatic and knowledgeable. Thank you, Mint! See you again in 6 months

The staff was friendly and professional, and my appointment went smoothly and quickly . They answered all my questions, and I left feeling like I knew exactly what options I had for great service and care for my teeth

Staff was very friendly and understanding. Procedures explained completely along with pricing and options. Great experience for being at the dentist....never thought that would of been possible! Fooled me. Will be back!

Amber provided the best treatment after neglecting my teeth for so long. My entire experience with Mint Dentistry was great. No pain and no hassle. Kori was also great. Who makes an extraction a painless experience? She did. The entire staff was awesome

UPDATE: This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I’m not sure what could go so horribly wrong in a year, but my experience was nothing short of disastrous.

They told me I had four filling I had to get filled, the office staff was rude, they seemed perfectly fine with shouting my whole health and medical history to everyone who passed through the halls. They screwed up one filling, then I had to go back and they said I “might” have to pay for it. I’ve had a different dentist each time and had to reschedule multiple times. They have no idea how to handle people with anxiety.

I can’t stand this dentist. I will never go back, and haven’t been back since.

It’s funny how I have all these cavities and problems, but I go to my new dentist and everything is fine.

It’s a scam.

Went in for a cleaning as a new patient today. They were a little slow, but it was well worth it (Lots of patients and short on hands, but they made it work). The policy of crediting us for our time makes it so much more bearable: if you wait over 10 minutes to be seen from your scheduled appointment time, they will credit you $1.00 per minute over towards services. The entire visit took about two hours from my scheduled appointment.
Everyone I met had amazing attitudes, really worked well together, and I really felt like I was in a positive environment. Great down-to-earth people. They do so much to make you feel comfortable, on levels I have never experienced from a dentist before. Also, they’re paperless, which is awesome. I hate doing paperwork.

They didn’t “yell” at me like traditional dentists and dental hygienists tend to do, they told me everything they were going to do before they did it, and I left with a clean mouth. Seriously. Not a single four letter word escaped me out of anger or frustration.

The one thing I will say is that the insurance verification process was a little difficult. I didn’t receive a callback like I was supposed to, but the receptionist verified my insurance in seconds. I wish the call center could do that.

My first visit to Mint Dentistry and my first visit to the dentist in about 15 years. The office is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. They have tablets and headphones to use during your visit, and options to watch movies. Very different experience from what I remember my last dental visit being. Will definitely keep up my teeth here going forward!

Great staff all very friendly and helpful. In particular, Dental Hygienist Liz was phenomenal - she's extremely tuned in to the patient and knew what I needed by just reading my body language or my eyes. Thank You Liz! She's also a super positive energy, caring, calm while doing quick, gentile dentistry as well as the entire staff.

Great experience at Mint Dentistry North Arlington. Amber at the front desk solved a mix-up with my appointment. She was friendly and professional and I was able to been that day.

Sadie did a great job cleaning my teeth and very personable and fun to talk with during my appointment. Dr. Lee was great also.

The lobby was welcoming, comfortable and nicely decorated. I see what all the excitement is about. Nice change of pace from your average dental appointments.

Most definitely the best Dentist Office in the Metro Area! EXCELLENT Customer Service and the front desk staff rocks! Big shout out to Jessica who took great care of my teeth and left me painless in the end. 😁
