MINT dentistry | North Arlington

It was my first time at Mint Dentistry and had a great experience. Staff was welcoming and had great communication skills. The assistant who was doing the cleaning, Amber was here name I think, made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The dentist was great made me feel welcome to being a new patient at Mint Dentistry and communicated very well. Will recommend anyone to North Arlington location.

This was my first time at Mint dentistry and Maria helped me through it all. She was very patient and kind and made the entire experience an overall great one! I recommend this dentistry. The staff makes you feel at home!

Everyone was so nice, great settings, clean office, very explainable and made me comfortable, I have a huge fear of the dentist, but they made me very comfortable.

First time visiting and it was awesome. Beautifully designed office and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and keep me informed on the next steps. My daughter loved the shades & that she could watch Netflix. I’m definitely bringing the entire family back.

Poor communication, unprofessional, long wait time almost an hr or even longer than an hr when you have made an appointment after adjusting your busy schedule to make it. Come to find out your check in time doesn’t start until you’ve finished your paperwork regardless of the time of your appointment, and they’re overbooked. Several people are waiting prior to you being seen… but they blame it on the check in time after your paperwork is done when it only takes 10 mins to fill everything out. They don’t care about you sitting almost an hr to wait until you’re called back, they don’t even check on you from time to time to tell you where you are in line. I Even spoke with the manager Stephanie, explained my issue to her although she offered accommodation for the trouble she still was not listening to my issues that had with her staff with the unprofessionalism. That’s the main thing!! People’s time is valuable I could care less about getting something for free/credit to my account etc. And you don’t call someone on the phone while they’re walking in the door early for their appointment to tell them that the wait time is going to be 30 mins when you had all day to call me…after the fact I spoke with someone that morning to verify everything my account (3times). This is 2 days in a row with the long wait time. The first time this happened I told them I’d come I. The next day since there’s going to be over an hr wait, you would think they would accomadte and make you top priority because of the long sit time the day before but no they didn’t they made it worse. Ridiculous. My family has been coming here for yrs, very disappointing. Don’t ever come here

I was really scared when I went to the dentist last Friday but mint Dentistry made me feel so welcome they made me feel at ease I enjoy my doctor the lady that was help me it was a great place to go I'm glad my sister told me about this place I enjoyed it for the first time at the dentist office.

Going to the dentist is already nerve-wracking for some but don't expect the front desk staff to understand. My appt was at 4pm and due to traffic I arrived right on time. After being misquoted patient responsibility after insurance at my previous visit(not a issue b/c it's truly a pain for all parties) they didn't want to explain why. It went from $200(amount given prior to visit) to $448(amount given right before procedure by Julisa) to them owing me $46(amount given to me by Stephanie after my procedure) in my one 2 hour visit. So I after going back and forth for a few minutes I concede and pay the new price $448 b/c I'm already anxious about the visit and don't want to delay any longer. It is 4:10 when I sit in the waiting room and I don't make it to the back until 5pm where I am checked in and numbed. My procedure starts/the doctor came back at 5:16 to hurry through my procedure and I was sitting in my car by 6:02pm. B/c of that I had to come back for an adjustment(another claim they'll submit) and see the unpleasant Julisa twice in one week. I did speak to the gentlemen at headquarters that deals with customer relations and he seemed very sincere hopefully it'll benefit those of you that start or continue going to this location.

Jess did my cleaning & was awesome! Very comfortable! Carly did my dental exam and I was impressed that she suggested lower cost easier options to try before we did anything major. I had a great experience and will be back!

I absolutely love Mint Dentistry! They are patient and are update to with the latest equipment and tools to make your visit and great and gentle experience! They keep my teeth looking h good and white!!
