Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics

I have received excellent and fast care at Jefferson Dental in Baytown Texas. The staff are very nice and worked me in at the end of December so I could use my insurance before the end of the year.

Very nice, clean, polite environment. They speak bilingual, so spanish speaking people can come in ask question comfortable. Prices are in your good standards. They find ways to have your best smile.

I have been waiting to write this review because I had hopes that things will get done and that my mother would be taken into consideration after 3 years of trying to get an implant completed. I have seen patients complain about the service and wait time & I can relate to their frustration. I will never recommend the Baytown location to anyone. I know now that reviews are very important to get great service. I have spent a total of $7,985 on one implant by Dr.Osei for my mother which began 12/25/2015 which is a big investment on something that should be taken as a priority and be given outstanding service. Through this time frame because it is now 9/2018 my mom has received 3 implants, this last one being the 4th and being the final solution. The doctor has transferred twice & has a very complicated schedule making it a big inconvenience to get seen. I requested for a closer location to be seen by another doctor Dr.Americh, but was told that Dr.Osei has to finish the implant because he started it. Dr.Osei is now working at another city and only comes to the Baytown location once a month when he has time, so there is no set schedule. The manager Ms.Vanessa has told us that the only thing we can do is work with Dr.Osei schedule, not much interest or action is taken & I'm still waiting on the call to set up the appointment because I was put on the list. Management is very unprofessional and something should be done. There has been times when we were not called to reschedule because the doctor could not be there and went for nothing. I've left messages for the manager and never received a phone call back I had to call everyday until someone finally gave her the phone. Just last week the temporary tooth she has glued became loose and went to get it re glued and it fell off the next morning. Implants are obviously not a specialty or priority and all they expect us to do is pay and wait our frustration and anger in indescribable. I gave Jefferson Dental my trust, money, and time only to get disappointed and screwed over. As I mentioned before my mother had to get the temporary crown reglued and it fell off the next day. She returned on 9/12/2018 to get reglued and it fell off again. This is very unprofessional work. And a regional director has not contacted me to better assist me. My mom will be seeing the doctor on the 24th hopefully we will get a better outcome.My mom just saw the doctor and was told that the implant can not be done. It took the doctor this much time this much money to figure it out. Biggest disappointment very unprofessional work.

They performed well. Although when I got a crown, I had to back a second tine to get the bite right, they were accommodating. The crown has been fine ever since.

I had a very great experience Britt was amazing in getting me approved for the financial plan Diana was great with my X-rays and Dr.Wang was a great help also

i highly recommend this clinic. ive always had a phobia of the dentist and coming here i was treated like family, the manager spoke to me and informed me on everything that will be going on as far as taking the xrays and the exam , she also let the dr know i was nervous so she helped me calm my nerves and so did the assistance. im terrified to go to the dentisit since i had bad expiriences since i was a little girl from other clinics. but leaving here i was happy.i had a great expierence and im going to be coming back!

An Absolutely Wonderful Experience! The staff provided great customer service and made me feel comfortable. Also, Dr. Poreddy was very kind. The total experience was wayyyy better than I had expected. This will be the ONLY dentist that I come to from here on out!

Came in with a broken tooth, Now I’m walking out with 4,000 dollars of work done to me!(6 hours later) But the doc is great.

Update: I would not recommend anyone going there. My teeth are worst now and still paying all that money for nothing smh

I had a root canal done by Dr. Poreddy and her staff. All the staff I talked with were very friendly and Dr. Poreddy herself is a fantastic and caring dentist. She did an excellent job repairing my tooth initially and afterwards my new crown feels no different than the original tooth did. I will be coming back for any future tooth issues.

After many years of going to royal dental i decided to get my root canal & fillings done with Dr Osei he was highly recommended and i was told he was the best of the best! when at royal dental the quote i was given was outrageous that i couldn't do the treatment and coming to Jefferson dental the price i paid was amazing Vanessa gave me all the discounts she could. Dr osei did an amazing job and after years of having pain my pain was finally gone! love this office and their prices! i recommend Jefferson to whoever needs dental work!
