From January to July 2022, I was a client with this company only to be treated very unprofessionally in customer service as well as product delivery. In so many words, I was accused of bringing in another office's product when my night guard broke after about three months of usage. It also took several phone calls and actually threatening the staff to contact HQ before I received the night guard. It was replaced; however to go through this was absolutely unnecessary even though I was informed that they were having a vendor issue. The day of excellent customer service is deteriorating as noted in this instance. How can you suggest that it is a client error for a product that was 3 months old at best.

The front desk staff was great on greeting me and making sure to get me sign in and taken care of with my paperwork. Mitzi was great with taking my X-rays and my trays for my whiting and explaining the next process.

This office is terrible! I completed my patient registration online prior to my appointment. It asks if you are pregnant, which I am and clearly marked yes on. It never told me there were any special requirements. I drive 45 minutes to my appt, they let me check in and let me sit there for 25 minutes before being called back. When they told me they were taking me back to get X-rays I asked if those could be skipped and they acted like they had no idea I was pregnant. They made me sit back down in the waiting room for another 5-10 minutes before letting me know I can’t have my cleaning done unless I do X-rays which I couldn’t do without a Dr. clearance.. how come I was never told this?!? They should’ve caught that and told me ahead of time and let me know I would need a Drs clearance, or at the very least once I got there.

Julie Really help me go through teeth cleaning, she is nice and give to me great service! But one of the front desk girl she isn't nice at all! I don't know her name I believe she's speak Spanish! I am not sure she's 100% Mexican. but she never smile her face just like died.!!!!😥😥😓

I had such a wonderful experience at Mint !! Everyone was so nice and chill . Very quick!! Julie was amazing! She explained everything to me and made this process worth it . Definitely will be asking for her again.

I came in as a new patient for emergency tooth pain. I had unbearable pain from a toothache. They did two X-rays and said that I have an infection and I need to get a consultation for a root canal. They told me they would send over a prescription for ibuprofen and a mouth wash. No antibiotics for the infection. They told me to call the pharmacy in about 15 mins and it should be ready I waited for about 20-30 and called. They said they hadn’t received a prescription for me to call back in 10. I did and there was still nothing there. I went back to Mint to get a printed prescription to take to the pharmacy. They put the prescription in someone else’s name so I wasn’t able to get a prescription and they were closed so there wasn’t anyway for me to get anything. I honestly heard good things about Mint and that’s why I tried it but I’ll never come back
