MINT dentistry | Cedar Hill

For starters, I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I am usually very anxious. I know that being a diabetic my dental health is very important. I was amazed with Mint Denistry. I judged that the place would be upscale and that I would be treated less. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the time I made my appointment to when I left the place:seamless. I did paperwork online, confirmed insurance, and even made my follow-up with ease.
I was greeted by professional courteous staff. They offer Netflix and Pandora - which to me was so needed. I felt calm.
The dentist and hygienist put me at ease. They explained my treatment. I was able to see my x-rays on a large screen so they could point out why and what I needed. A huge plus!! Yes, I have found my permanent clinic for dental health.
They have great insurance plans. They work well with mine. (I never thought they would.)
My little gift bag had things tailored to MY needs. I have bridges and she even put some flossing specials for that.
Please consider Cedar Hill MINT location. I feel like I am an individual there! I was made to feel comfortable. I didn't feel embarrassed if I didn't understand something. (In the past, not understanding my care led me to being lied to and having a tooth pulled and not being able to have coverage for the next step.)

I liked that everyone was very nice and professional. I was happy with the teeth cleaning. My teeth feel great and even one stain in one of my tooth, is less noticeable after the cleaning. Excited to see the results from the teeth whitening treatment at home kit.

If you’re terrified of the dentist like me, this is the place for you. Dr. Cho and Jasmine were so amazing, kind, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed this trip to the dentist. It was very fast, pain free, and they did an excellent job with my teeth. I feel so much better and happy to smile again. I highly recommend. Nothing but great experiences here!

I was deceived by the Cedar Hill Tx location they told me me to complete some work and they would medically clear me . That was a lie they did not clear me and now they wanted me to pay $75 for rush the second part of the procedure. After being told I have 3 months to complete that process. I’m not happy with this location.

Chandra did a Wonderful and gentle job on my deep cleaning. She was very proactive with the upcoming steps. I mean not one time did she cause me pain. She was so amazing until I did know she was done. Now this is my expectation when I come in for a deep cleaning! She's highly recommended by me!

Dr. Sonia Smith was extremely rude and unaccommodating during my appointment. It is hard to believe this is the same clinic who advertises how great they are on DFW radio stations. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She behaved unprofessionally, and I doubt her ability as a dentist. There are many dentists and dental clinics in the area. Go to one other than Mint Dentistry for better service and prices.

I came in today for my second time ever to do my routine cleaning. I was just as impressed today as I was the first time I came in. I love the luxury of it. The decor, furniture, and people are outstanding. I had the pleasure of having Chandra today and she was impeccable. She was very informative, gentle, and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything, Queens!

CEDAR HILL LOCATION!!! Front Desk Julie is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She should be FIRED! She is a horrible look for the overall company !

I’ve spent 6,000 CASH to leave their office and come here to write a bad review because I feel like that’s all I can do ! I feel scammed and manipulated!! I was TOLD BY MANAGEMENT that all services were paid in full FOR MY ENTIRE treatment plan! And it was a lie ! I have no problem paying for dental work but I was told nothing but lies from DAY 1 ! THEY SELL YOU HOPES AND DREAMS AND MAKE EVERYTHING SOUND GOOD Until your NEXT APPOINTMENT WHERE THEY ASK FOR AN ADDITIONAL $865 dollars !! BECAUSE YOUR TREATMENT PLAN ISNT REALLY PAID IN FULL LIKE THEY SAID !! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING TO PATIENTS & EXPLAINING TREATMENT PLANS ! So horrible that the actual DENTIST have to come in and make sense of a situation that front desk screwed completely UP !

Btw: Dr Smith is amazing! Really hope she can find a team (front desk /management) to not make her look bad !

My first time at the dentist in a while and the whole experience was great! I was so nervous but every staff member I came in contact with made my experience pleasurable and took the edge off my anxiety. Dr Stivason was wonderful! She was so gentle, fast, and made sure my comfort level was met thru the entire process. My dental assistant Jasmine was such a sweetheart preparing me for my filling and made sure I was informed of every step that was going to happen. Even the hygienist, Kesha, was quick in cleaning my teeth and very informative of my aftercare.

Lauren was my assistant and she was lovely. She guided me through the process and was very gentle. Very respectful , definitely requesting her on my next visit ! Kesha did my cleaning and she did an amazing job ! ❤️
