Always an amazing experience at Mint, even when not the most comfortable!
I’ve had severe dental anxiety, due to childhood trauma, but Mint has helped heal that!
The vibes are undeniable.
I literally no longer feel like I’ll die in the chair.
Now, it feels like a visit to a friend: some good music, maybe a movie, some laughs (because I’m dramatic & afraid of needles lol), a few minutes of nap time, and I’m Home back in bed with a crooked smile (from the numbing lol).
Overal, it’s a great experience, especially during a time when anxieties are often unavoidably rampant.
I’ve been a patient for a decade, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

My children and I visited for the first time today and fell in love with this office! From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted with such warm smiles we felt at home. Our hygienists were so caring and accommodating. They asked what Netflix show or Pandora station we wanted to listen to as we waited. They even cut on the chair massagers to help us relax ❤! Our Dr., Jason Chen was outstanding! The way he cared for my children and I, we felt like family. Thank you Mint Dentistry for making what could've been a not so fun experience an INCREDIBLE one. You now have 3 more lifelong customers after today!!

Very impressed... My daughter has been nagging about switching to MINT. I'm glad I listened. The staff from the moment you walk in.. you feel welcomed. Great staff, great facility. Araceli and Jeffery were great. Dr. Reid was very caring and explained my care and options.
Jeff made my cleaning painless and talked through each step as he cleaned. I am impressed.

My first tech was terrible. There was another lady in here with her their phone, it was on speaker they were watching something with a baby cause it was crying. I wasn't given a towel to drape over my shirt. The putty got everywhere including my jacket. She pressed really hard unlike Jamal, when she was putting my tray in, it hurt. She was speaking to her self like "omg I might have pulled the wrong size mouth tray". By the 3rd time when she couldn't get the consistency right, I went to front and asked for a new tech. A total waste of you all products cause she made the putty 3 different times. If i return it wont be to this location.

The billboards with smiling faces, many locations around the metroplex, and cheerful disposition of the staff do not make up for the lack of respect and consideration for a person’s time. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for today. The person who answered was very friendly and helpful. She took my insurance information. I received an email shortly after with paperwork to fill out, which I submitted and received confirmation. When I arrived at the dentist office around 1:50pm for my 2pm appointment, I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff person who asked me how she could make me smile today. In hindsight, I should have said “please be considerate of my time.” After checking me in, she stated my paperwork had not been received. I did it again while sitting there. I signed a few more physical forms as well. I waited in the front lobby area until 2:50pm. A lady did come around asking if we’d like some water while we waited. At 2:50, I went back to the front desk and told the staff person I wanted to cancel my appointment. I told her I didn’t realize I’d have to wait an hour before the actual appointment even began. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I told her no. I’ve read the other reviews and I realize this may be an uncommon experience, but the cliche is true: you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. My new goal is to find a new independent dentist who will actually care about my teeth and my time, not just stacking appointments for money.

As a 45 year old man that has traveled the country and even the world in the United States Navy. I have had a lot of life experiences. I’ve had the most pleasurable and down to earth experience the Jada and the rest of the Mint dentistry staff. Me and my family have a new family with Mint dentistry. Thanks Jada for you and staff do.

The whole experience was very satisfying. From checking to leaving. The front desk was courteous and made me feel at ease. Wendy and Aracely, the dental assistants were both very professional and kind. Dawn, my dental hygienists was thorough and had a gentle touch. My cleaning was pain free. My dentist were informative and friendly. I am definitely coming back to this location due to the A+ customer service.

Mint Dentistry is always an absolute pleasure to work with in any way. From the staff on the phone, the ladies at the front desk, all the way to the Dr and the hygienists, it is a pleasure working with them. They are professional, listen and simply prove that they truly care about their patients and every aspect of their patients dental health. I chose their dental discount plan. It was well worth it. I've had a crown installed, teeth cleaned and am getting Invisalign braces and couldnt be happier with the results, prices, payment plans or the service. I haven't met one single staff member that didn't smile, treat me with respect and truly appreciate me as a client. It's pretty awesome that you get better interaction out of your dental office staff than most people you encouter in daily life. I have been to the Waxahachie, DeSoto and Cedar Hill clinics and they are all equally awesome. God bless Mint Dentistry.
