Advanced Dentistry is wonderful. I experienced exemplary services from all staff members as well, very attentive, knowledgeable doctors. I would highly recommend Advanced Dentistry to anyone desiring cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Kaar was very caring and attentive to details throughout the process. The staff was consistent in sharing information with me regarding what was happening and why as well as the next step. The office was clean, friendly and they were on time per my appointment. This place is great. Dr. Karr did my tooth extractions within 20 minutes, he's fast and good. Also, to the staff the lady that was working with him and my fellow friend I met from back home. It was meant for me to go there. There office welcomes you with smiles and it's just what it says, ADVANCED dentistry, top notch. Oh.... and there office is clean, well structure, and beautiful.

I don't even know where to begin. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband was scheduled to get "All on 4's". At first everyone seemed so professional and kind. As soon as they received payment it all went downhill. From rescheduled appointments to unanswered phone calls and nobody giving us straight answers. Once my husband reluctantly went to start the procedure, everything became a nightmare. My father-in-law took him to his appointment which was never completed. My husband was woken from anesthesia after about 45 minutes with the excuse that he would not remain asleep (he has never had issues with anesthesia before, and remembers NOTHING from this day). He was sent home with NO post op instructions and his father wasn't even aware that they had placed stitches in his mouth. Neither of them knew why he was being sent home. My husband wasn't fully conscious until 10PM that night (approximately 7 hours after the anesthesia). The next day, while in incredible pain, he and I tried calling the office to get answers about what happened and what the plan was. We were hung up on twice and then our calls were being ignored and we still had no information. After a few days and MANY phone calls and emails they finally agreed to issue a refund which was not a quick or easy process on their part. At this point we just wanted to be done with the place. Needless to say, my husband is not allowed to leave a review about his negative experience. We still have no idea what exactly happened at the appointment, but thank God they didn't go through with the whole procedure. I can't imagine how much worse this would all be had they actually done anything. PLEASE read the 1 STAR reviews and DO NOT GO HERE!
Edited to add a response to the owners response, my husband has NEVER left out his history of substance abuse when speaking to a doctor or dentist. He has also been under anesthesia many times since that history without issue.. How professional of you to attempt to bash someone rather than admit fault. Not surprising considering your lack of respect in your responses to other negative reviews. My husband was attempting to better his quality of life and he was entrusting you with that, what a mistake. The amount of disrespect you and your office have shown is astounding. Do better.

The staff, dental assistant and Dr. Kaar were wonderful and were able to meet all of my needs. They were professional and friendly and very caring. They ensure they provided quality care and made sure that I was happy with the outcome of their services. I would highly recommend advanced dentistry.

Came here because a coworker referred me as I complained about poor customer service from the previous dental office I went to. Claim they had great customer service which they do. Had about 2/3 calls to confirm my appointment in about a week. I was glad so far. Got there paperwork was not extreme. Got to the room only to find out they would have to reschedule my cleaning because there was no dental hygienist available. Cleaning was primarily what i came in for. No one between those calls told me on the day of appointment i would not get a cleaning. Wasted my time and energy and I could have gone anywhere else. I would not be going back there!!!! If you do decide to go be sure to emphasize the services you want. I got a call saying my online appointment only stated teeth whitening reason why I wasn't scheduled for it. Yeah right. I had said cleaning and possibly looking into whitening. Waste of my afternoon time and resources.
**update**
Why am I getting a bill in the mail claiming I had a dr's visit for observation when I did not have any service done?????!! I was told by the office manager the xrays will not be charged on my insurance as I had complained about wasting my visit to not have a dental hygienist perform my cleaning. Today I get a bill and the insurance says observation with a Dr. Kaar and it is conveniently not covered by my insurance 😡😡😡Oh heck no!!

Everyone at Advanced Dentistry was very professional. I was welcome by all and Dr. Karr. I was nervous but they made me feel at ease. They did everything to explain the dental implants that I will be getting. Everything is done at Advanced which I like. I’m excited and a long time waited.

Hands down this one the best experiences I've had at the dentist in years. I in general do not frequent the dentist because of experiences in the past but my experience with Advanced Dentistry completely changed my mind. I went in for a tooth extraction yesterday and was super nervous beforehand... I wanted to give a shoutout to your assistant Emily, she immedialtely calmed me down and had me laughing from start to finish. Emily you are freaking hilarious. Dr. Olga did my extraction, she was attentive and efficient, I did not feel a thing and it felt like it was under five minutes. Dr. Echeto did my replacement and she is absolutely wondeful. Even Dr. Karr, he did my numbing, and I only teared up a little bit. Y'all are fantastic, thank you so very much! I would recommend Advanced Dentistry to anyone. I will be back!
