I had my cleaning done today with Enaam, she is the best hygienist I have ever had!!! Her voice alone will calm you. Her assistant Shay was also amazing, she did my polish and fluoride!! I recommend this office to anyone :)

Jocelyn and Dr. Echeto are AWESOME! They are caring, and EXTREMELY kind. I wouldn’t rather have anyone else doing my dental work. These two ladies are amazing! I wish we had more ppl in the medical field like them. Advanced Dentistry, clone these 2! You need an office full of them ❤️❤️

Advanced dentistry has been very good to me ever since I started with them September of last year. Jocelyn, Yoli, and Dr Echeto have always been very professional and courteous throughout my whole time here. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new set of chompers.

The entire staff, but especially Shay and Dr. Ricci, are incredible. I’m the first to admit that I’m a very difficult patient with my fear and nervousness regarding pain. They are always so diligent in making me feel comfortable, both mentally and physically, when I need work done. Their professionalism and patience is second to none, and I truly feel safe under their care. The customer service is exceptional from the reception all the way through financing and treatment. Just a top notch office from top to bottom. I could write a book, but the best compliment I can give is my continued business. If they can take care of a big ol’ baby like me, I’m confident they can take care of you as well!! Thank you, Dr. Ricci and Advanced Dentistry staff. My pain is relieved because of you!!!

I was very anxious and nervous when first coming here, but Janet was awesome and really talked me out of my fears. (I’m sad she is gone now, she was the life of the office and a GREAT asset to the business, it’s really their loss). Either way, Dr Fadi, Dr Echeto and Jocelyn are all just as great and always make me feel heard, and comfortable every time I’ve been in. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have stuck around. If you have any type of dental anxiety, those 3 are the people who you need to see!

The attendants who all work there are friendly except Cerin who works in billing. The dentist who actually did the work for caps did a bad job and caps would not stay on because she ground the permanent teeth down to be too small and the caps would not stay on. Their response to correcting the situation was to charge me more money to fix their mistake. Cerin and I had few unfriendly words and I had to ask her to leave my room. From then on they would not return my phone calls. I ended up going to a reputable dentist and ended up paying a lot to have it fixed. Next step will be an attorney.

Dr. Fading and staff are absolutely the best. It is so obvious that they love what they do, and I love my new smile and the confidence that it affords me. I can really smile again! There are no words that adequately express this feeling.

I had the best experience at this office thanks to the friendly, accommodating, supportive staff I had the pleasure of being treated by! When I walked in, I wasn’t nervous, but once I was greeted with a big smile by Sharon at the front desk, I felt so much better. After that, I was taken in by Tanika, who was friendly and comforting, as she tried to alleviate my fears with her patience and smile. Erica Peña was a rockstar! She answered all my questions, no matter how trivial they may have seemed, and did everything she could to make me feel at ease. She told me what to expect, tried to comfort me, made me laugh, and I trusted her because of her knowledge and experience. The dentists office can be very frightening for people, but when you have a staff that is willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, you don’t hesitate coming back.! Dr Richie is a gentle genius, and highly recommended! Thank you for making an experience. I had so much anxiety about go so smoothly!
