Missed an appointment by mistake, tried to reschedule and got a rude third degree from Cirene. I was threatened by a $100 fee and told to know better moving forward. This is the customer service I received before I even step foot in their office. No way to treat potential customers that may spend thousands of their hard earned money with them.

Dr Karr is the best dentist I’ve ever had and he has done wonders with my teeth. His hygienist and staff are wonderful.I drive 50 miles to come to this office and it’s worth it.I pass hundreds of dentists to get here.This will be my dentist for the rest of my life

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this office. A esthetically, this place is gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and patient. My Dentist was also very patient and took the time to explain my treatment plan and to answer my questions. I can't wait to get started on my treatment plan. I know I'm going to have a beautiful outcome

The level of quality and care at Dr. Kaar and the rest of the staff at Advanced Dentistry provided was exceptional. I was impressed with the friendly and considerate staff and also appreciate the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. The other thing I appreciate is that they have their own laboratory on site, which helps things run smoother I think. When I found Advanced Dentistry I needed serious work. I was in pain and process seemed daunting (from my experience with other dentists) so I had put off getting it done. Dr. Kaar is very skilled and knowledgeable in his field and he and the assistants helped keep me at ease throughout my extensive dental restorations and gave me a smile that feels and look great! I am so happy I found them!!

There so unprofessional my husband was really excited to get his teeth done but they have a lack of communication because they will tell you a different price . To give my refund back I had to call this office like 10 TIMES TO GET A REFUND . And I didn’t know BRITNEY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME 10 percent because I had paid WITH MY CARD . WTH THEY ARE SHADY AND I FEEL LIKE THEY PLAYING with people money . IT TOOK ME 1 month and a half to get a Refund . $1955.00 . They took $180 ONLY BC I PAID WITH MY DEBIT CARD CAN YOU BELIVE THAT . Please don’t waste your time with this people . They ARE LIARS !!!!!! Unprofessional . They made me sign a paper just to get MY MONEY BACK !!!!!

recently decided to go back to the dentist After years of "letting myself go." The staff at this dental office are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the week before New Years when it is their busiest time of the year.
I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Kaar completely put me at ease. He spent a great deal of time in my exam explaining all his findings to me. He took pictures to help me understand what he was talking about.
The staff was so friendly, especially the assistant Valerie. Sandra really helped explain my financing options also. This office really wants you to feel comfortable- whatever it takes. When I left I felt like I made a bunch of new friends. Thanks you guys!

Not pleased at all with them. The office personal is horrible. They lie to much . Also was promised a teeth guard and then they wanted to charge me 500.
Would not recommend to no one to go.

I am always a little nervous at the dentist office. Samantha really made me feel comfortable. She was very warm and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and professional. Dr. Kaar was very gentle and quick with my on-lay and in-lay. I am very happy with my dental work

I did excessive research and found Dr. Darian Kaar to be a highly skilled dental implant specialist (certified Prosthodontists). Dr. Kaar graduated from dental school in the top 5% of his class.
After my research, I decided Dr. Kaar was going to put my dental implants in. I knew he would give me the smile I deserve, the ability to eat what I wanted and teeth that feel and act like my own natural teeth. I was so tired of removing dentures (did not fit correctly) and reapplying adhesive.
Dr. Kaar has a staff of experts. They all work together, caring, friendly, good customer service, professional, and very knowledgeable. The dental implant process was explained to me step by step. They always answered my questions.
The environment is very clean, State of the Art Equipment and On-Site Lab.
I now have a beautiful, healthy, and confident smile due to my new dental implants. Thanks to Dr. Kaar and his staff, I would 100% recommend Advanced Dentistry.
