I was recommend for tooth extraction, bone grafting, sinus lift and dental implants at Advanced Dentistry in Lewisville. Dr. Kaar patiently explained every step of the procedure and always reassuring that everything will go smoothly. His calm and reassuring demeanor during surgery made me confident the results will be great.

My procedure was performed quickly because they have their own in-house lab and were able to quickly take impressions and get going. The rest of the staff from lab tech to assistants and front office personnel were very helpful from start to finish. Having such a great doctor and team really makes a difference when it comes to painful process of extraction. Thanks for the great work!

I had All on 4's performed on both arches. I spoke with 3 other companies before deciding on Dr. Karr. From the initial consultation, Dr. Karr impressed me with his straight forward answers and matter of fact discussion of the surgery. The reason I went with Advanced is simple. For me, it was major surgery, for Dr. Karr, it was Thursday. We had an issue with anesthesia on my first arch and Dr. Karr aborted the bottom arch. He informed me of the issue when I woke up and assured me that would not happen again. Second surgery was amazingly dull as it went flawless. The one thing I will stress is patience. Dr. Karr is a perfectionist and he will not rush you to completion by cutting corners. If Dr. Karr is happy with the implants, you will be ecstatic. He is a true professional in the highest sense. His staff is equally amazing. I am beyond satisfied with the final product and know I made the best choice. If you need major dental work, Dr. Karr is who you want doing it.

Seemingly decent dental/hygienist staff but what good is this when the customer service/receptionist staff and financial coordinator can't follow up (and I tried calling them numerous times) a set up your plan or (the financial coordinator) takes days after she supposed to get with you to finally tell you how much everything would cost. To be honest I've gotten far better service from South Texas Dental

I had this spring an implant, 2 crowns, and a cleaning at Advanced Dentistry. This is a totally professional (and friendly) operation. The entire staff is excellent; there are no weak links. Dr. Kaar is absolutely first-rate, the best dentist I have had in my life. He explains everything clearly, presents options, and answers questions directly. I have had only positive experiences in my visits. I will continue to have all my dental work done with Dr. Kaar and Advanced Dentistry and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Front tooth crown broke off on Friday night and Dr. Bhawsar saw me on Saturday morning and they created a partial (that was a perfect fit) that I was wearing by the afternoon (until I get the implant). What a relief!! Love that their lab is in house. My dental assistant, Cheyenne, was awesome! She made me feel comfortable right away, explained everything along the way and did a great job! Excellent visit and so glad I found them-all because they are open on Saturday (major benefit!) and they saw me right away. Thanks Dr. Bhawsar, Cheyenne, and wonderful staff!

The Dental Techs are great and I enjoy conversations with them when I can speak.

I'm very pleased with the services provided by Advanced Dentistry. I was able to get a dental implant that failed done over. I am happy with the price as well as Dr. Kaar's skill and abilities. He explained that the bone graft was not done correctly and was able correct it and do the implant surgery over. It's been over 9 months now and all is well.

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Kaar was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr. Kaar really loves what he does. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. My Experience of dental implant surgery at Advanced Dentistry has been well above my expectations. Like many post before me, I was nervous before my surgery. I had 9 teeth extracted and 6 implants done. A lot of work in my mind for a single visit. Dr. Kaar and his staff were incredibly professional and compassionate. I was stressing out when I sat in the chair and they calmed me down. I must say, the stress was for nothing. I was out during the extractions and implants. Did not feel a thing. When the procedure was done, I felt like a new man. I had a full upper arch of teeth. (albeit temporary) I did not have any pain after the procedure. NONE! I did a lot of research before I chose to get my work done here. I went to three different consultations. I made the right choice by getting the work done with Dr. Kaar. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry and Dr. Kaar for implant surgery.

Pricing is not what is advertised. Their site stated that prices start at $1895 for a single implant. I was quoted a $4000 for a single implant of my top cuspid. Complete top implants cost $39,000 but they offered a $10k discount(for this month only). Even with discount it is still way over what I expected. However, the staff was very professional and curteous, as was the doctor.
