I was just so in love with my new smile I really was not even 6 months later this happened I tried calling calling no answer can’t leave a message the mailbox is full I just don’t understand how the whole tooth just fall off…I don’t even chew on this side…so I’m paying additional money on Wednesday to another dentist to re cement the tooth

48 hours of working with prior to appointment and called the night before to cancel and go back in what was said about appointment. Extremely non chalant on the mistake. Left without service and in pain to find another dentist.

Dr. Echeto, Jolelyn and Rouo were amazing through out my 3 month process to complete my bridge. I would highly recommend them for professional services and caring about the person and not the bill. Great job and will see you in the future as my normal service provider replacing my current personal provider of over 8 years.

WOW!!! Where do I start... I guess the beginning... I had several bad experiences early in my life and chose to ignore my dental care as a result. NOT a good call, by the way!! I chose the All-On -Four for both upper and lower arches.
Dr. Karr preformed my surgery on March 2nd and 3rd. Top arch day one and bottom arch day two. We stayed in one of several hotels right across the street between surgeries. Dr. Kaar did a fantastic job (only because of Erica's assistance ;)) with both surgeries. One needle in the arm and I woke up pain free and with new teeth! Listen!! This is important! Erica is your "Fairy God Mother" on surgery day. She will go out of her way to make you comfortable, shield you from non-sense and provide great post surgery instructions. The reason this is so important to remember, is because you will probably not remember anything she told you, or who she is post surgery. Just know she's got your back and will tell your loved ones EVERYTHING they need to know.
Dr. Kaar turned my care over to Dr. McNamara (pictured) post surgery. She is AMAZING!! Always willing to take the extra time to make it right! More about her to follow.
I broke my temporary prosthesis more than 10 times. This is NOT a material/workmanship issue. I have a massive grinding issue and continued to break my temporary teeth in my sleep. I said that to say all of this... If something happens and you need to call the office, you're probably going to get to speak to Zack. Zack is the ring master of this show. He listens compassionately to your concern/issue and then works like crazy to try and squeeze you in the schedule. He is a good dude and will always communicate in a very professional and courteous manner.
Herman is the teeth removal/installation expert! His skills were unmatched, and he is very personable as well.
I received my permanent teeth 5 months after surgery and I LOVE THEM (pictured below).
I can't say enough about the Doctors (especially Dr M) and staff at this facility! This is a busy office... just be persistent with communication and everything will be FANTASTIC! Do your part, they will definitely do theirs.
UPDATE (9/6/22) - I am officially two weeks into my permanent teeth. Half of that time was spent on a cruise ship eating everything I could get my mouth around! LOL I have had ZERO discomfort. Teeth work great! I have even been complimented on my smile several times!
