Its always an amazing experience with these guys, and no pain, which is number one for me!!! I also require an explanation of services which they are very good at explaining. I don't trust to many dentist because they'll pull out your front teeth just to make money on those painful implants. Be careful out here.

Very professional and friendly staff. Office was very clean and pleasant. Hardly any wait time. Doctors made sure my procedure (Deep Cleaning) was as painless as possible. They even offer payment plans that are great. This was my first visit and I was absolutely amaze by how great this place was.

I have been going to this MINT location for over a year now and every time I go they are always so friendly. The hygienists that do my cleanings, even around my two permanent retainers, are so gentle and very thorough. The doctor that did my fillings was great as well. I’m terrified of needles or any kind of pain and they made sure I was comfortable and calm every step of the way. Not one but of pain. I wouldn’t go any where else for my dental care.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my complaints to the BBB and found it alarming how many complaints they had filed against them. Do not take their word or written documentation as a guarantee. These guys are more worried about their dry humor advertising than the paying customer.

Sam has been my dental assistant today, and she is absolutely amazing! I also love my doctor but cannot remember her name at the moment. They are so accommodating, and patient with my requests. They have gone over every detail of how the visit will go, and at full disclosure with pricing. I love this place, and will always use it as my dentist office 🤗

Had a little anxious moment this morning for the first time ever at the dentist. The Dr and staff were understanding and kind. Made me feel comfortable enough to continue on. Ended up figuring out why I was anxious and finished up without issue.

I've been coming here for years. When I went in today, the "office manager" stated that I would have to wait and extra hour so they could verify my new insurance, even though I gave them my new I insurance at the appointment booking. They also said they've been calling me all morning and produced a phone number I've never seen before. Again, been coming here for years and have received many phone calls from them. Then the "office manager" told me repeatedly that I could go somewhere else. The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. BTW Dr. Caglia is amazing!!

Reading the comments didn't think I had to worry about transparency and honesty with a company that has "let me love on you" as part of the jingle. Printing paperwork out and pointing at my signature, is part of the first time experience. Applied deductible to services that hasn't been rendered, Quality of Service complaint submitted. Folks comments are true, try another location no way MINT operates like this.
