Let me start off by saying I really dislike going to the dentist.....BUT, the staff at Pflugerville Family Dentistry are super nice and welcoming! Most, if not all, are easy to talk to and they explain everything clearly so that it's not confusing.

I went in for a deep clean, and my hygienist Myriam was super good! She definitely made me feel comfortable and checked on me (she knew I was anxious as I mentioned before, I really really dislike going to the dentist). She was very professional and informative! She also came on her day off to help me out due to my schedule.....who else does that?

I cannot thank the dental team at Pflugerville Family Dentistry enough for all they have done and continue to do for my daughter as she navigates having braces. The staff is amazing, from the call takers, front desk, accounting and the amazing dental techs and Dentists!! They are all patient, knowledgeable, and always professional. I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist, for the whole family!!

I’ve disliked going to the dentist since I was a kid. I had my first visit with this dental office last week and it was my first positive experience. My anxiety was high when I walked in but they quickly worked on helping me feel at ease. Jocelyn and Dr. Adan were kind, patient and informative. I was referred over last year and I finally took a chance. I wish I had switched to this office sooner! Thanks to Dr. Adan and the entire team for making my visit amazing!

Everyone went out of their way to help me find financing and even went out of their way to lead me to their office when I lost. Very nice group of people and I highly recommend them.

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They were able to work me in with minimal notice and I left feeling good about the cleaning that was performed on my teeth. Dr Adan, Bentley, and Tiffany were excellent.

An amazing experience from my first email inquiring about my daughter’s wisdom teeth! We were able to get an appointment quickly for a consultation and they got her in the next morning to do the full procedure! The quality of care was like nothing I have ever experienced at a dental office. Literally every staff member that we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and so friendly! If you have any reservations or anxiety about dental treatment, this is your place! They even gave her the cutest little welcome gift bag! There is a very good reason for all of the amazing reviews here! I can not say enough about this wonderful practice!

I had a really great experience with Pflugerville Family Dentistry. I booked because I found them through a simple Google search and saw that they have great availability. The online portal provided ease of scheduling which I appreciated because I had pain that came on very suddenly. The questionnaire I was asked to fill out online was very detailed, not only about medical and dental history, but also about any anxieties with pursing dental care and the cause so the staff at the office could do their best to alleviate these anxieties, which is another thing I really appreciated. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was very friendly and informative and after getting a few X-rays taken I was able to see the doctor right away.

I’m extremely happy with the care and information Dr. Wang provided at my visit. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge were obvious after only a few minutes of speaking. Dr. Wang thoroughly explained every recommendation and showed me X-rays and pictures of my teeth I was able to see for myself why the recommended services were necessary. For someone who does have anxiety with dental procedures, this made me feel confident that Dr. Wang’s priority was providing only necessary services and a high level of care.

Lastly, the compassion of the staff was at a level that I feel isn’t very common. When a root canal procedure was recommended for me due to the severe pain and issues with one of my teeth, I expected a decent wait time to make an appointment for this procedure due to it being such a busy time of year for the endodontist. I can’t express enough gratitude at the face that Dr. Hansen and his dental assistant agreed to stay late in order to see me that afternoon and I was able to return home pain free the very same day. It was the perfect end to a perfect visit. I look forward to returning to Pflugerville Family Dentistry for all of my dental care in the future!

As a healthcare professional for over 23 years I was disappointed in my experience. This was my third consultation for a dentist office that would provide IV sedation for root canals. Upon calling the front desk they verified this was a service they provided. I was beyond ecstatic. I had to wait over 6 weeks to be seen. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay a $129 consultation fee. While sitting in dental chair I expressed how relieved I was to find an orthodontist who could provide IV sedation. The assistant informed me they only do anesthesia for teeth extractions. I was refunded however it was my time, and money missed from my surgical schedule.
I hope the front desk could be educated on the services they provide and what to expect payment wise upon arrival.
