Ballard Family Dentistry has been a wonderful place. I had a few crowns that had not been set correctly by a previous dentist. Dr. Gustavo has been phenomenal with correcting my crowns and keeping me informed each step of the way. I highly recommend this office! I don't know what is wrong with this office but somehow I'm excited to see my Dentist! Growing up I was terrified just by the thought that my parents are taken us to see a Dentist. Dr. Taylor and her assistant Kierstin are just a joy to be around. I felt comfortable from the moment I sat down in the chair. Kierstin or as Dr. Taylor calls her " my German chocolate" was just nice and sweet and explained everything. She did not leave my site which is very unusual and most doctor offices you just sit and wait on your own. Here I felt like I matter and even was offered a water while we waited on Dr. Taylor to finish up another exam together. Great conversations and if you are in the market for a new very good looking Dentist then you better give Dr. Taylor a call!❤️

I’m so tired of going to dentists that force services on you that you don’t need. I was so happy to have seen Dr. Gustavo. I went in knowing I might need an implant. But I really wanted to save the tooth. He gave me my options and said that he’d put a crown on if I really wanted it but felt I’d be back in within a year and it would be a waste of money. That’s a dentist I completely TRUST. Ballard Family Dentistry just got my entire families business!
