I can’t recommend Ballard Family Dentistry enough! The past few years I have been looking for my home dentist after having bad experience after the next. The “chain” dentistries that I’ve been to made me feel like a number and told me a ton was wrong with my dental health. It was hard to trust anything they said.
Ballard Family Dentistry is the opposite of my past experiences. From the employees that check you in until you are walking out the door, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Cathy, was wonderful! She explained every step of the process and gave tips for a healthier mouth along the way. Ask for her! You won’t regret it! She made sure I was comfortable and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Dave was so personable and took the time to show me exactly what he was talking about looking at my xrays. He had a plan for the next time I am scheduled to come in and gave me steps to keep up with my dental health. And guess what - turns out I’m in decent dental health as opposed to my previous experiences.
