I recall Dr. Dave telling me "we just need to build up a bank of great experiences to overcome that." Ballard Family Detistry operates this way with every patient. Jason here takes care of my needs. The staff had had some roll over over the past 2 years. He has stayed. Let me tell ya. Jason hands down is the best. Best customer service I have ever received. This should carry heavy weight seeing how I too am in the customer service industry

Was very impressed with how friendly and helpful EVERYONE was. They were all happy and upbeat and it was a very pleasant visit ~to the DENTIST! Can't always say that about going to the dentist. Felt like they really cared about the health of my teeth and gums rather than just trying to make money off of me.

I was looking for a new dentist office after going to chain dentistry for the last 6 years. I immediately felt more comfortable here whether it's the ladies at the front desk/answering the phones warmly (Kim), my hygienist who made sure to thoroughly answer all my questions/concerns and help educate me on how to better care for my teeth/gums (Meaghan), Dr. Gustavo & Tracy taking great care during my crown today, and Erika being knowledgeable and kind during the finance side. Thank you all for making the experience better for me, I'm excited for my husband to meet you all too.
